Made an appointment 2 weeks ago to do blood work for an upcoming procedure out of the country. When I called, i gave my insurance details and was told that my insurance was accepted. Today I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told my insurance isn’t accepted and that I would have to pay at least 300$ for the physical and an additional 200$ for blood work. They wasted my time, gave me false information and did a total bait and switch. This is totally unacceptable as my flight is approaching and now I have to get my blood work done elsewhere and in a rush. The staff (Heidi) was rude and continuously provided me with false information while I was in the office. Please be advised that this is A dishonest doctors office and I recommend everyone to stay away.

Dr. Cho and staff were so lovely. I felt really comfortable and listened to. I walked away with great advice and recommendations to monitor my own health.

I was seen quickly. No more than a 10 minute wait. The Physician's Assistant was thorough and kind, and Dr. Vo (who was filling in for Dr. Cho) was also very detailed and had a nice bedside manner. He also answered all my questions. I would return to this center again.

Dr Cho is very professional, caring and more. She's been a great Dr for me. She's treats "me at the very least" like a person. If your sick she will fix you. If your really sick she'll help you in ways that's fair as well. She's concerned for ones long-term issues..... She a Dr 1st but the only one I know that is on your side the whole time. Do your job and she will go above and beyond for you. She a very nice Woman, a great Dr to whom helped me in ways that she probably doesn't even know.
