List of Usa Vein Clinics's Reviews
I am writing this review in regard to the three people from USA Vein Ciinics that helped me in Bethpage.First I want to say Dr. Andrew Maleson is an excellent doctor. Dr. Maleson did my surgery for spider veins. He is a brilliant doctor and did a great job. His skills are exemplary.Dr. Maleson also does the consultation. He can answer every question to perfection. He also knows everything in regard to your insurance. Dr. Maleson has a fabulous disposition and also a very good sense of humor which is an excellent quality to have.Second I want to say Rob the ultrasound tech is terrific at his job. Rob really knows his work and you can see he really loves what he does. He puts his heart and soul into it. He checks everything at the followup ultrasound for healing properly. He also has a wonderful personality.Third I want to say Leslie Diaz receptionist and medical assistant is an excellent worker. Leslie assists with the surgery and also post surgery. She wraps your leg and measures you for compression stockings. She also oversees what you will need to buy before you leave. Leslie does a great job. Very sweet personality. She also makes you feel very comfortable about having everything you need.I give 5 stars because they are a fantastic team all working together.
I bought 4 injections for spider vein therapy of Groupon and was so excited since I made this appointment to clear my ugly spider veins since I was going on a trip. After my appointment I felt so sad it was like showing a baby a candy and not giving the candy to the baby. I came home empty handed. I wish I didnt went there.
I took my mother to USA VEINS Clinic on 12840 Riverside Dr set 300 Valley VillageCA 91607 With Sankar Prathap Kumar M.D Her primary doctor recommended this clinic. BADREALLY BAD service. Disorganized we arrive on time. They had all chairs occupied they had schedule everyone at the same time. A man walked out yelling in a lenguage I didnt understood. We were there about 3 hrs. They schedule the following appointment witch we never went because I had to REschedule an appointment via Telemedicine due to question I had about my mother not been able to wear a compression pantyhose they have said she was supposed to wear after her procedure. I waited one hour waiting for someone to come to the Telemedicine visit. No call back to see what happened. They just didnt show up to the schedule visit. I call back and cancel all future appointments. A lady by the name of Ilene ask why. I explain all the callstext I received only to confirmed appointments but never a call to let me know why they didnt show up to out Telemedicine schedule appointment.... They only hear you with out solutions they all have no idea what is going on around them.... and to have a clinic like this practice on my mother NO thank you... These people should not been in medicine is scary to know the kind of people that works in this clinics and to the schedule and billing dpt too. very unprofessional... They lost my mother insurance information they only had one copy so they were billing my mother a partial amount... when she has the type on insures hat covers ALL procedures. They requested for me to send them copies of all insurance cards back and front. When the people working in this clinic should made copies for their records my mother provided them with all her card insurances plus DL. They keep them for about 30 minutes.... Wonder what they did in all that time they had my mother insurance inf. Scary do not go here never... google view reviews...
I thought it was odd that I was asked three times if I have insurance while attempting to schedule a prepaid spider vein procedure. I have four tiny little 12 inch spider veins on the inside of my ankle that nobody but me would notice but I thought Id address them anyhow. I got a little weirded out when different people kept calling me to schedule. Each would ask questions I didnt feel were pertinent to the purpose Id be coming in. Some of their questions I simply refused to answer. Im glad their computer kept glitching hhhmmmm Not that I believe that because I got a refund and am going elsewhere something sketchy going on here... stay away
Staff is excellent and very attentive. Dr. Kumar is excellent and very gentle
I was referred to USA Vein Clinics by my primary doctor even though legs ached veins protrude at times left ankle blue tested normal. special thanks to Dr. Lech Walter WHO was sooo attentive to my problems Now feeling sooo much better again I STRONGLY recommend this team.
I am impressed with the care I receive so I referred family. Hopefully this will be a referral for you. Doctor is amazingly down to earth. He explains what is going on in laymans terms. That is appreciated more than you know.
They are amazing They treat me as if i am there family. When they are treating me i am given all information and the best recommendation of what they think is a good choice. I cant say how grateful this staff is to me and i believe other people. Thank you staff.
I purchased a Groupon for sclerotherapy. Ive had the treatment several years back at a clinic for a few spider veins that I wasnt fond of and it was very successful Five years later I have a few new ones which is actually to be expected. So I made my appt online and traveled to the location. Receptionist was pleasant and explained that right now company policy is that they arent taking Groupons right now during COVID. That they arent doing elective procedures etc Okaybummer but not the end of the world. The Dr. comes out and again explains the situation about initial consult not taking Groupons during Covid. But If i want to use my insurance they can take me for the consult and ultrasound appt.Do I want to reschedule ? No not really. Lets be honest. Do you know when this pandemic is going to be over? As far as I know no one does. Id love it if I did. But this Groupon expires in February of next year. Will Covid be over then? I sure hope so but thats not a given. I purchased a treatment with the expectation that Id be able to benefit from the treatment this year not possibly the next. I am sympathetic with businesses right now. These are tough times and many extraordinary exceptions have to be made. I just think its a tad misleading to advertise the treatment and sell it on Groupon if you cannot redeem Groupons for ...who knows how long. It should clearly state this in the advertisement. You win some you lose some. Im trading this Groupon in.
I bought a groupon for myself and my daughter for a sclerotherapy procedure spider veins last year and both myself and my daughter have seen no results WHATSOEVER. When I called to indicate that the spider veins are still on both our legs I was told to come in because they took pictures prior to the procedure. Not going back there again waste of time and money. I dont think they know what they are doing STAY AWAY.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
