Professional boarding care facility providing high quality care in a family setting. The staff are hardworking, friendly and compassionate. The administrator is detail-oriented and extremely knowledgeable of long term care insurance and regulations. Very fortunate to receive help for an end stage dementia family member at the most challenging time. Can't thank everyone enough for everything they've done!

This is a professionally run 24/7 senior living facility conveniently located in the heart of the Valley, organized, clean, and safe. The staff follow state regulations and all the right protocols. The facility is experienced at taking care of bedridden seniors and those in need of memory care. The caregivers are attentive, kind and compassionate. While looking for an ideal boarding care for a family member with end stage dementia, I have conducted thorough research and toured many different kinds of facilities before choosing Valley Village Senior Living. My sincere appreciation to the caregivers and the administrators!

I just wanted to say that Sargis and his team was a lifesaver when we were looking for a place for my gnadpa for a short stay and we had no idea how we were going to do this. I called in and spoke to Sargis who is also the administrator. He was very nice and gave us lots of information as far as how to go with the process and what to expect. after looking at many places we decided that Sargis is the right choice and honestly we really appreciate that he and his team did everything possible to make my grandpa feel at home for the 10 days that we were looking for. despite the short stay price was right and great service, as they were managing my grandpas medication and all the care that he needed. Highly recommended.

After a tedious search, a finally found a clean, welcoming and reliable home for my dearest friend. Sargis runs the place with precision and exactness, never cutting corners, hiring attendants that are caring, skilled and kindhearted and even know how to cook a good meal. Everything is always in order and calm when I arrive unannounced. And all requests are immediately acted upon. Great place!

I do not exaggerate when I say that I am blown away at how quickly he helped my mom find the right place (because his facility is currently full with happy tenants) with a single phone call to a trusted colleague. Sargis is golden on his word, and his turn-around time is hard to believe but honestly should be expected in a service industry where people's lives, health, and future are at stake. If you need genuine, capable, and caring assistance in placing a loved one into a high quality home that meets their needs and budget, you have come to the right place. I was looking for a place for my grandfather and after contacting so many places with no luck I came across to ValleyVillageSeniorLiving. Sam who answered to the phone was very knowledgeable in answering to our questions and concerns and putting us onto the right direction. It has been few months already that my grandpa is in ValleyVillageSeniorLiving and can say they deliver what they stated initially which was crucial for us. Thank you guys keep up the hard work!

My rating is 100 % positive!!! Recently I went through a experience that I never had in my life... I really was blessed to be introduced to the administrator of valley village seniors living.. Mr. Sargis Ayvazyan... I really felt very comfortable With his facility!! Specifically his staff,, very friendly and treat our love ones with respect and loving care!! Mr Sargis is very responsible person, always on top Of all matters about the facility... !! Food, medication, clean etc.. also checking all his Residencial mates daily...!! Greeting everyone of them. He is a person with great heart and treats all residents with love, kindness and care!! Thank you Sargis for that you did for us. God bless you!!!

Our mom had dementia and needed 24 hour care. We found this place via a placement service. We were very impressed with Sargis (Owner). He is very upfront about everything, very hands-on and involved with the day-to-day operations. Tamara, the caregiver, is wonderful, very helpful and attentive to all the residents. The facility is new, very clean and well equipped with all necessities. We highly recommend this facility.
