ABSOLUTELY A JOKE. DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY OTHER REVIEWS, THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. I have, sincerely, never witnessed anything close to this sort of unprofessionalism in my entire life! Had an appointment last week with a "Doctor" Bloze.... they completely dropped the ball in 10 different ways. TWO of their "managers" contacted me and rescheduled my appointment for today. AFTER ALL OF THIS WASTED TIME, I go in today and guess what??? I'm not even on their schedule. Same manager "Fernando Lera" comes to offer the same useless apologies yet again. It is abundantly clear this place has 0 consideration for patients whatsoever. The prime example of everything which is wrong with medical care these days. MONEY OVER EVERYTHING!

I have been so frustrated with the lack of follow up. No one returns calls and when I connect with the operator they just transfer me to a supervisor who never answers nor returns voice mails. I have been seen 3 times within a week by Dr. Blozé to have a terrible pain diagnosed. I went for an MRI and have gone thru a nerve test. They waited a week before submitting a request for prior authorization and when the insurance company kicked it back they never followed up to find out why. Clearly they didn't spell out the entire procedure and I'm left in limbo. I would recommend against EVER starting any relationship with this specific doctor. BTW I have sent Dr Blozé several messages thru the UCLA medical app and none over the past 2 weeks have even been read!!

Dr Bloze was very kind and explained everything so clearly. She clearly knows her stuff and I feel very comfortable in her care. I had an early morning appointment, so the wait time was minimal. X rays are par for the course, for anyone posting that they got X rays before being seen by the doctor....insurance pretty much requires them before you can do anything else (i.e. an MRI).
