He looked at the MRI and could see my issue and explain it to me so i could understand. He reviewed my case before he met me. He was very professional and gave me confidence. A trusted doctor recommended him to me as the best in the field.

I have had both my hips replaced by Dr. Guanche. This second time the healing process has been absolutely great. I am a Teacher and am back with my students 3 weeks after this left hip surgery and am feeling pretty darn great! Although there is some discomfort from the healing process, overall I feel markedly better than I did before the surgery. And although my right hip, done a few years ago, took longer to heal both of my new hips are a huge blessing in my life. Thank you to Dr. Guanche and his great team!

From the moment I stepped into SCOI (Southern California Orthopedic Institute), I knew it was an incredibly professional place. Dr. Guanche and his staff offered clear communication and a lot of comfort when I was at my most vulnerable and in a lot of pain. Two weeks after my full hip replacement, I am on my way to an active life once again, thanks to Dr. Guanche and his wonderful staff! I could not recommend Dr. Guanche more highly.

Dr. Guanche is the best, he listens and explains what needed to be done, was very understanding. Michelle and Yojana are the best getting my surgical appointment scheduled and my disability started. After my surgery I felt like a new person.Tony B

Dr. Guanche and Michelle are excellent! They are easy to talk to and incredibly helpful. We were able to set up visits and appointments fairly easily and always answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Guanche and Michelle!

I have had both knees and both hips replaced prior to my shoulder being replaced by Dr. Guanche. The care received form him and his team was excellent. My recovery has been rapid and I couldn't be happier. I can't believe I waited so long to do it. The advancements in shoulder surgery has advanced leaps and bounds in the past 10 years. My boyfriend has had 5 shoulder surgeries from football injuries and he is astounded at my recovery. I can't thank you enough Dr. Guanche. I have been walking around in pain for 20 years. Not any more!
