Muy malos con El servicio  te trasladan por teléfono y cuando estás a punto de entrar las Secretarías no se dan cuenta y te cuelgan muy mal y tardan en contestar

I was a temp at this esablishment and all I can say is...DON'T WORK HERE! Mostly everyone in there start gossiping and also I was laid off from working because I was sick. I did everything to go back to work all for nothing. I have a sick mother I had to take care of so thanks Eisner. Thanks a lot

Honestly I don't know why this place doesn't have the best reviews. But I had a great experience with the Van Nuys location and the Panorama location. Doctors were so nice and nurses were so sweet and treat you very well. No place wanted to see me because of my insurance and when I would be able to make an appointment it was 2 months out and I was already late in my pregnancy. When I called Eisner they immediately gave me an appointment and I got to go in the very next week especially since I was already in my 3rd trimester and has had no doctor the entire time. I'll most likely keep coming here for future pregnancies. Love their customer service.

They don’t have an ultra sound technician they didn’t update there phone number on google so it is impossible to make an appointment they are very slow you can be 15 mins early to your appointment or late it’s still gonna take for ever the doctors they have, aren’t the best. The nurses have major attitude problem not all of them but Most of them, doctors and clinics like this are supposed to make things easier in family’s but they made it hard to get an appointment left is no guidance on where or how to get an ultra sound and always press us to give our son a million shots every time we take him don’t get me wrong they aren’t all bad but ever since the pandemic started they went down hill very fast and to make an appointment for kids you have to do a virtual appointment 1st

I was seen by a new provider yesterday 7/14 at this clinic and she was extremely condescending and rude! She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I would like to file a formal complaint against her. I can't complain about the front staff and medical assistants because they have been nice the other times I've been there. However, the provider I was seen by yesterday is the reason why I am giving this place one star. I am changing my clinic because of her. I will never go back!

My daughter has been going here since she was probably 2 weeks old. She is 7 now. cant say enough about the nice staff and great doctors.Times are hard with everything being limited and closed these days and yet they are still here for us :)

Bad service they had me waiting outside and I was late and they didn't end up attending me . Wasted my day . And didn't do anything .

Horrible service they have you on hold forever and once it's almost your turn they hang up on you. I was suppose to have a virtual consultation for both of my sons and they never called. I keep trying to call but the automated machine places me on hold then hangs up on me. Worse service ever.  Went personally to make the appointment since they don't answer their phones and just to be stood up. So unprofessional.
