Above and Beyond in services. Very professional Staff. The Nurses and doctors are nice. My Grandparents were enrolled and they took good care of them in their time of need. They provided exceptional service. I would Highly recommend to enroll your loved ones in their time of need with Helping Hands. Dealing with healthcare is hard enough, especially for our loved ones. and Helping Hands with their professional staff and exceptional customer service make the process easier. I would have given this service less than 1 star if it was available. This is a horrible home health care who failed to provide a PT after 5 days my dad came home. They would send a social worker, a nurse but not a therapist. He declined so fast because no therapy was given to him for 5 days. I finally went to his primary doctor to arrange a therapist. Please do not go to this health care service for your loved ones. I had the worst experience with this company. This is a FRAUD!!
