Dr Brett has been awesome, he has helped me tremendously with overcoming personal health issues. Dr Brett is LGBTQIA friendly.

I found Joey Brett through a resource provided to LGBT individuals. From the time I knew him to before I moved, I felt safe, seen and respected. He is a phenomenal physician. One that I still trust today and would go back to if I didn't relocate. Joey Brett and his staff were absolutely wonderful. I felt confident in the service and consultation he provided me and I recommend him to all of my contacts seeking a PCP. Please keep up the great work.

Joey Brett is a great doctor to have. Skilled, personable & caring. Also, he has a very helpful office staff.

Past couple of years Dr Brett has been fantastic. He has helped me with my newly diagnosed diabetes and really kept me up to date with vaccines and general health. He is very professional and caring Doctor. I would recommend him highly.

He may know medicine, but he needs to work on his bedside manner. He told me he thinks I have COPD by stating, “We’ll, you can’t be a lifelong smoker and not get some disease, either lung cancer or COOD.” He never explained COPD is a progressive, fatal illness. He just said I needed to see a pulmonologist. Why be a don’t or if you’re not going to show compassion? I later learned what COPD is. He has lost my business. If you have a thick skin, then you’ll probably have no problem with this callous, insensitive person.

Diagnosed me with COPD by saying, “Well, you can’t be a lifelong smoker and not expect to get lung cancer or COPD.” He never explained COPD is a progressive, incurable, fatal illness. He just told me to see a pulmonologist. Am I too sensitive? If you think so, and think it’s ok to mock your sick patients, then by all means go to him. If you’d like to be treated with kindness and respect, find someone else.

Honestly the best doctor, staff, and care you could ask for. Whether its accommodating with emergency visits or prompt prescription refills they are super helpful. Joey is hands down a great doctor. He'll spend all the time with you till your comfortable and understand your treatment. You'll never feel rushed or like they dont care about you. I feel supremely lucky to have found such a great primary care physician.

My insurance isn't the most user friendly in the world, and I must say I was impressed with the effort Dr. Brett's staff made in getting the insurance confirmed on the morning of my initial visit. The appointment with Dr. Brett could not have gone better: we was polite, caring, knoweldable, and answered all questions in an easily understandable manner. I think that working with Dr. Brett's going to be a life saver, literrally.

I have been seeing Dr. Brett off and on since the late 90's . The only reason I would stop seeing him is when my insurance company changed. This last year I had Kaiser , not a problem, they were good . But * I recently got married and I was so happy to change insurance companies again, just so I could see Dr. Brett. Dr. Brett and his staff are wonderful. I think the thing I like the most about Dr. Brett is his straight forwardness and communication !
