I went to Doctor Lensky for cardiomyopathy and in need of an operation. The doctor and his office staff were courteous and efficient. They took all necessary tests and listened to my concerns. The operation went well and I had a pacemaker / defibrillator implant. I just had a three month follow up with the doctor today. As usual, he was very straightforward and gave me as much information as he had including limitations, abilities, and what to expect in the future as I heal. In the process of getting to this point, from finding out I had a problem through wearing an external defibrillator for more than a year with medication changes as well, I have been through four other Cardiologists. By far, I am more comfortable and have the most confidence in Dar. Lensky.

Appt was at 9:40am, I was seen at 11:25am! Dr couldn't even give a good enough excuse as to being so late that early in the morning. When he finally appeared he actually asked me "what should I do for you?" Hey you're the cardiologist not me! Parking in back is limited, back office staff, i.e., medical asst were nice. If you can, see another doctor, unfortunately for me, this is what Medicare covers.

Because of this "doctor" my Dad almost lost his leg. Each office visit cost $500 and he made my Dad to visit his office several times, instead of providing the test my Dad needed on the first appointment. As a result, we end-up in the emergency room of the hospital.

Dr. Lensky did not answer any questions that I had. He was very abrupt. All he wanted to know what what type of insurance I had. When he found out that he did not accept my insurance, he was disinterested in talking to me. I would not recommend dr. Lensky. He is more concerned with how much money you make than with the well being if the patient. Very smug and rude.

We were referred to Dr. Lensky for my husband's atrial fibrillation. We live in a rural area and drove 4 hours for the appointment. The "doctor" never even examined my husband. He spent the entire appointment telling us how bad our insurance is and refusing to treat my husband because of it. We have Blue Shield! I wondered why he would contract with them if he thought they were so bad. If you want a doctor that cares about you and not just how he's getting paid, don't see Dr. Lensky!
