Best clinic in the valley super quick , good staff !!!

This office doesn't care about patients or their health. I have PCOS and I rely on my birth control to help with my hormones and menstrual cycles. To get a refill, this office makes you schedule an appointment with them every three months to "speak to the doctor" aka to bill your insurance. They say it's so the doctor can check how the medication is going but it's literally a 30 second conversation where the doctor asks the purpose of your call and you ask for the prescription, no follow up questions. This is a scam and they are making me jump through hoops just to get my medication. Birth control should be readily accessible!

Is I can give this dr 0 stars I will very disappointed This office they are not very friendly it was my first time coming here and the last time too they share my information and that so bad and embarrassing I was treat like I'm nobody if anyone read this message please do not go to this office they are horrible at treating patients lake are nobody and they are giving your information away which has to be confidential.

I went for first time to this clinic today. I waited for 2 hours, all I needed was to get my prescription. Samira Soroudi approved my prescription and asked the receptionist at the desk to fax it to my closest pharmacy. I told her where I wanted it to be faxed. When I went to pick it up, I was told it was never sent. I called the doc's office and asked the receptionist why my prescription was never sent. She put me on hold and then she went to talk to the doc/Samira. According to the receptionist Samira didn't prescribed it. It was a mess, they are not professional and on top of it don't know what they are doing. Don't go to this clinic they will waste your time.

Don't go here if you care about you and your babies health. They are not very attentive, the wait time is horrible, and they don't keep a steady record of medical records. I went here through my first 20 weeks of pregnancy, and was overjoyed when I finally found a new provider to carry out the rest of my pregnancy. Before my first appointment at Priority Care Medical Group I was rescheduled a few times by the practice. Once I finally got in to my first appointment, I waited in the front lobby for just about an hour for every single appointment. The doctor took my measurements wrong, placing me at 9 weeks, when I was actually at 12 1/2 weeks in my pregnancy. This is a big deal due to certain early detection test and my age. Im considered a higher risk pregnancy but never did the doctor go over my medical records, saw any concern when I experienced prolapse in my first trimester ( which I was told was common), or go over any of the lab results with me other than the genetic testing. It took them several weeks to find my lab test, some how they were misplaced. When I finally moved to a different practice the new doctor looked through my chart in found that I had a urinary tract infection that they never informed me of or treated. This is my third and final pregnancy and I must say this was by far the worse care I had ever received from a doctor. The care I received there was not personable, I felt like just another #, and when my husband and I expressed our disappointment i felt as though the doctor came up with a lot of unacceptable excuses.

I love how they attend, so far it's been a good experience in my pregnancy!! If you wanna go a place for pregnancy this is the place. They attend you well and give you all the information you need. Love this place! And if you have any questions, they will answer them!
