I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Arora. He is professional, compassionate, kind and really cares. Yes, I would recommend friends and family to this office. Also....his staff is the best. 5 stars.

What’s the point of making an appointment when the Dr is always late to see you 🤨

They never answer the phone. I have contacted this office for 3 weeks and half the time the phone is not answered and I get told they will let someone know something and they don't. I'm almost at the end of trying with this office. If I have a heart issue they will be at fault after many abnormal tests and going to the ER and all i need is a clearance for a surgery and they can't do this, how can they handle patients with more serious problems

Worst experience for a doctors office I have ever had. Everyone working at front desk is rude and has no empathy at all. They have no idea how to schedule appointments and constantly reschedule without asking. They have called me to reschedule 3 different appointments over a period of 3 months and I just need to be cleared for a very important surgery that is affecting my whole life and they rush me off of the phone and tell me they will call and never do. Today calling me 2 hours before my appointment cancelling once again after I waited since November for the "first available". Not sure if they don't take me seriously or what the issue is. Don't waste your time here, go elsewhere.

December 16, 2019This doctor has her head screwed on backwards.Arrived here at 9:00 a.m. and now once again I'm waiting. Doctor's aid did EKG and went over medications. I was then fit for my Fitness Test and told to come back tomorrow for a conclusion and have Fitness Test removed.Was rudely elbowed in chest/neck area by Hispanic man. THIS WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT... I CAN TELL. They should be reported to HIPPA or Attorney General's Office and report them. I WASTED OVER $250.00 ON THIS DOCTOR ON CAB FARES.

Worst patient care ever receptionist are rud would not let me even schedule appointment once seen Margret (office manager) would not give me my own patient information. Will never go back

Super nice. If you are getting a 24 hr heart monitor and have upcoming appointments as well... I HIGHLY recommend trying to coordinate those things together so you make one less trip. Ask the receptionist when you schedule your appointment.

I am presently in the doctors office. My appointment was for 11:15 a.m., and was called in at near the same time.The nurse spent 20 minutes going over my medications and concerns very lightly. I have now been here a total of 45 minutes, but no doctor.But when I saw the doctor I realized she was worth the wait. She prescribed me a medication called Ranolazine and it wasn't but a couple more days before I began to feel good again. I think I'm really going to like this doctor.

Wonderful and amazing doctor and office. He has a wonderful and professional staff. Dr Arora is very well educated and I highly recommend him and his office for your cardiology needs.
