Super nice. If you are getting a 24 hr heart monitor and have upcoming appointments as well... I HIGHLY recommend trying to coordinate those things together so you make one less trip. Ask the receptionist when you schedule your appointment.

The office staff are irresponsible and don't return calls and lie that they did not get the message on their voice mail. Mary mostly is the one who makes making appointments difficult and does not return calls. Mary is a shame to the office. A cardiologist office staff should be more professional about her work. My primary doctor already talked to Dr. Arora and Mary makes her own decision how to handle patients to be seen by the doctor. Shame...Shame.....Shame
