As of this writing, I have been a patient of Dr Sheila Vasan for approximately 6 months, for the treatment of my specific and rare bone marrow cancer. Dr Vasan is an extremely patient, compassionate and down to earth Oncologist for which I have tremendous respect. She does not mince words and informs you of what is involved in the treatment. She is engaged when answering the simplest of your questions or concerns. I would recommend Dr Vasan without hesitation, for your Oncological needs.

I saw Dr. Vasan today for a second opinion. Dr. Vasan listened to me, and she later gave me detailed description of my condition. She called the imaging place that did my second biopsy to find out my results and was proactive. I loved her. She was kind and understanding. I did not feel like another number. I felt like a human being, and I felt she cared. I highly recommend her. I also got into the office before my appointment. I did not have to wait. Great customer service. I'm very happy with her.

I don't give a darn about the front staff. If you can get an excellent doctor who will fight for you and won't give up on you, treat you like your life is important, then that's what matters. You'll find that in Dr. Sheila Vasan.

Dr. Vasan treated and is still treating my elderly mom for breast cancer. Dr. Vasan is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, truly cares about her patients, and does not tire of answering questions and comforting. I feel that my mom is in great hands and am so very thankful to Dr. Vasan!

I saw Dr Shelia Vasan at her new offices at Sepulveda Blvd. in Van Nuys and I found the front desk staff warm and accommodating. After a very short wait, I was seen by Nurse Debbie who took my vitals and was engaging and friendly. Then in a very short time I was seen by Dr. Vasan. On the follow up and in the initial appt. Dr. Vasan explained everything about my tests and why she ordered them. She explained everything enough to clear my mind of all worries. She is kind and very smart. You are in the best care at her office. I will be back. I love everyone there.

If there is 0 star i will give this place a zero star. Waited 3 hrs. Not seeing the dr. that supposed to be seeing me..Another Dr. saw me only for 5 mints. Charging me $566.00.My insurance only covered $339.64 I needed to pay the rest out of my pocket. Missing my work for half of the day and paying $226.36 seeing for 5 mints is really a robbed. These people are sucks!!!!!It's all about the money they don't care about your health. So pleaseeeeeeeeee GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SEEK FOR MEDICAL HELP...
