My appointment was virtual but I feel like it went really well.

I have appointments scheduled for months in advance. The Dr. knows this and all the office staff knows this ( or at least thsi should be known). I have informed Ms. Castellanos, scheduling coordinator, through email, phone messages, and conversation over the phone of my immediate need of work notes for each scheduled appointments. I am asked to call, email, send messages over and over again to remind her for the note every time after my appointment. I have complied but the emails and messages that I send are mostly ignored and I have to keep asking for the same thing that I have already requested for about 20 times in the past. The delay of these much needed notes adds to the work pressures, stress, and distress that I am currently trying to recover from. My experiences with my previous Doctor Goalwin was smooth and reliable. I am not sure why this same form is not just sent automatically every time I complete my appointments? I asked Stephanie Catellanos, scheduling coordinator, this question and I was asked to contact another staff member Bonnie, whom she described as the person in charge of scheduling. Unbelievable! Such terrible experiences exacerbates the conditions that I am experiencing and I hope that this honest feedback is taken into serious consideration not only to help me but others who are trying to recover and are in similar situations.

The staff is professional & caring. They express a great deal of respect towards views & genuine concern towards the issues of the patients. I look forward to my meetings.

At first this place started out ok but then the clinician that evaluated me left the company (i don't blame her at all). I had a therapist who didn't help me at all for the first few sessions and I had to complain. To get another one. He was ok but you can't get in contact with these people at all. I tried calling a couple of times to get an emergency meeting with my therapist and the woman who schedules for them was rude and hung up on me. There's more issues but I don't have the time nor the energy to type all of the issues I had with this place. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

This is the best place that can happen to all of us. Don’t have to leave our homes and they take care of you! I love Breanna because she doesn’t judge me with my condition . I always get my meds on time. And Dr. Wright and Dr. Kelly help me stay on track. Plus I never have to leave were I am at. Helps with my anxiety. Love this place and my Doctors! Thank you Breanna for helping me all the time.
