Why does it take FORRRREVERRRR to get a hold of someone to make an appointment??? They may as well be EDD!

they take forever to call u in then u see the doctor for like 15 mins & u wait for like another hour for ur medication bloodwork or just to check out. U need to come prepared to be there all day. take snacks.

Hi, Venice Family Clinic is the best care I have ever received since 2008 when I started as a patient there. All staff has been super to me. Dr. Blanca Andres is one of the best there! She discovered cancer on my leg in 2009 and got me referred to surgery immediately and saved my life. Today is 12/5/19. I am alive and well. She has been treating me for blood pressure issues since 2008. I follow her advice and my BP is controlled 125/75.How much better is that! She is open minded and encourages my desire to also practice alternative medicine. I take green supplements and I feel great. Most of all, Dr. Andres takes so much time with me during my appts. She wants to know everything that is affecting my health. I told her that if I won the lottery, she will always be my doctor. Every doctor I have ever seen there is amazing--so caring, so intuitive, so full of options for my good health. There is no such thing as a bad review for this clinic. I am moving from Los Angeles to Crestline CA in 2 weeks. I will stay with this clinic and my doctor. Feel so secure there. That is so important to me.

If you want professionalism and acvurate Doctors and nurses, go there! they accept you with or without insurance. They'll help you sign up for LA Care and medical. They all around good people.

Quick & Efficient Service..

New paint does not change the practices. Neither does a friendly receptionist. I have been to several these "clinics". This place (Venice) is filthy and smells horrible and is the worst of them for more reasons besides the hideous environment. The doctors are pathetic, incompetent and uncaring. They don't wash their hands. They give you 2" after you have waited hours in a filthy waiting room full of super sick homeless people.  Dr. King grabbed my 6 year old son's genitals on 2 separate visits for no reason without notifying either of us or explaining his purpose.  It freaked out my little son. But Dr. King seemed to get a kick out of it. This was 8 years ago. He is the most condescending, self absorbed and grotesque "doctors" I have ever encountered. They treat clients like we are all uneducated homeless trash, which is a lot of their client base, who will never complain.  And they do not - and we do not because we have no other options.  They have no answers for anything. They are outdated and limited as far as their knowledge goes to the point of incompetence, malpractice and worse. They pushed vaccines, drugs and crappy products on me & my family constantly. I was stuck there for many years. It was very depressing to be there. No masks. Unsanitary.  Hope Dr. King is retired and not working with kids. He is a pig. So glad I don't have to go there. It is the most soul crushing experience. Their entire system is stacked against us. Example: you are a woman, you are post menopausal, take HRT & go to the psych ward.  Psych ward, go on meds or we cannot help you.  Sleeping problems, have trazadone or we can't help you. You have any "autoimmune" problem, go on antidepressants or we cannot help you.  You have thyroid issue, take synthroid. No we will not do further testing. They are still on the FDA food table of the 90s.  Oh and have some toxic fluoride toothpaste for your child as a gift.  You need an expert, try waiting a year or two. They are a  horrific joke - except many of us cannot afford 2k per month for insurance and any one if us can wind up there. Also they have control of your medical records and can make up anything they want about you to discredit you....  If you are a professional person, that is a truly scary thing.  I hope that everyone who has been there will put their experiences on record. The same goes for the entire medical establishment. A good doctor is rare. But they are out there.  The standards need to come up. Same goes for the dental industry which is also in the dark ages... I would say that the Women's Center is the best and most professional, but they are limited to HRT which is known to cause breast cancer.  Even the UCLA medical system pushes synthroid and HRT and the doctors there are also very arrogant. They are all decades behind in health care/wellness.  I have found that the best doctors and dentists do not take insurance.  If I were a doctor, I would hate it because you are forced to follow protocols that are ineffective, don't help people and often hurt patients - just to make a buck. I would also notice that the medical establishment is more interested in managing sickness than preventing it or solving it for obvious reasons. Maybe that is why they are all so miserable.
