Every time i've had to deal with this clinic I genuinely cannot stand it. They are unhelpful and rude, do not allow you to make an appointment in person despite knowing their call center takes over an hour to get in contact with anyone, and if you are just slightly late that are so unkind it's crazy. However, how am I supposed to let them know I'm going to be late if I can't get in contact with anyone? I made my appointment back in November and it is now February. I had something come up this morning that caused me to be slightly tardy. I had to cancel my appointment because last time I was 5 minutes late (I couldn't find parking, their lot was full) they were very rude to me about how I should be there on time or I would lose my appointment space. When I got there, they wouldn't even let me speak to anyone and told me there was no other way except to call, which is not true because the last time I was there I was given the option of a "patient portal" that they would "email the link to." I never got the link, and when I told the person all I needed was the link I was still told I had to call. They are right there, the process takes no time, why do I have to wait over an hour on the phone to do it? I now regret ever having my health plan match me with this clinic because it has been the worst process imaginable. You can bet I will never step foot here again.

I’ve been coming here for years since I was about 13 (so maybe over 10 years) honestly a functional and clean establishment can’t expect everyone to be nice at all times. This is not an urgent care do not come here if you urgently need care this is not an urgent care it is a clinic for pregnant woman or for a check up and or gyno appointments to get vaccinated or have birth control insertion or removal not an urgent care please don’t hold them to the standard of an urgent care they are a clinic they don’t have to see you if you don’t have an appointment and or if you show up late it’s not an er or urgent care

Dr. Grueneisen is great and I appreciate the care I have gotten from her personally. However this clinic overall is the biggest headache. It's my personal assumption that they take on too many clients than they can handle. They have a separate call center for scheduling appointments and you can easily be on hold for 1.5 hrs. When you finally get through the next available appointment is in 3 months!!!!!! How can you properly care for your patients, if you can't see them within 2 weeks at minimum. You should be able to easily see your PCP and not be forced to go to UC or ER just to see a Dr. that doesn't know your medical history. If you do go to the ER, which in my case I did, they will tell you to notify your primary doctor and make an appt to further assess.. well, good luck. I was on hold for over an hour the next day just to speak to a person. And this is a call made first thing in the morning 7-8am. I will unfortunately have to move on and I hope if you're looking into this clinic, to search further as well. Their system isn't streamlined to give you the care you deserve. Everyone I've been in contact with here is very nice and as helpful as possible, it's just unfortunate.

So hard to get in touch with someone in order to make in appointment. They only take walk ins when they open.  Even if their lobby is empty in the afternoon. If you do get a chance to make an appointment it will months away. I don't how this place has that many patients. Worst system ever

I am consistently let down by this place and I have reached my breaking point. So unprofessional it’s agonizing. I have been misdiagnosed for diabetes by this place, told I HAVE TO get a covid test for having 1 covid symptom, have had a botched Pap smear (and that was my first one ever), and the list goes on. You will sit in the waiting room for a long time no matter what (I’ve never waited less than an hour). Oh and calling for an appointment… forget it! You will sit on the phone for two hours on hold until you get frustrated and hang up. This place is only designed for things you need weeks in advance. If you are sick, you will never get a same day appointment and rarely will find a next day one. When I have issues that need immediate attention, I am forced to go to the emergency room (even though they can always be solved by the clinic doctors). Today, my breaking point was covid testing. I need a covid test and for whatever reason they “aren’t doing them this week and next week”. Why would they pause covid testing during the holidays/ flu season?? Anyways, I really hate this place. The only reason I stayed with them is because there was a PA that was amazing but she has moved on and I don’t blame her. Just because you are poor and have medi-cal doesn’t mean you should be forced to deal with such a nightmare. You matter and deserve better medical care.

I had a physical appointment and everything was smooth and I even made some little conversations with the people working there. Also, I thought everyone who I talked to was very professional and caring.

Anytime I have needed to schedule an appointment or speak with someone on the phone it takes hours / or multiple tries to get in contact. Appointments are always a least 30-60min behind schedule.

Slowest customer service, doctors are uninformed or do the bear minimum. Can't help but feel like they're only there to keep you coming to collect funding.Just cant make sense of how this location will usually have no more than 3 people waiting to be seen but get attitude from the front staff when you ask for assistance.?I was under the impression that clinics were meant to helpful and provide you with information..

Dr Charles does not understan English.I repeated to him 10 times please give me an mri on my back. His phone assistant Maria , she likes to play games. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE.

Only one person answering all phone calls. Tried three different days for hours to get a call answered to make an appointment. You’d think a clinic would actually want to HELP people
