Wait takes forever, was seen more than 40 minutes past my appointment, it smells bad and nurses are unfriendly and doctor spends very little time with you and has very little concern for you .
The lady at the front desk was absolutely disgustingly rude. I wanted to speak to a doctor about my medication side effects in private and was repeatedly asked what I was here. Obviously if I am showing you a medication bottle and asking to speak to someone at the back window #6 then obviously it is a private conversation and an invasion of my privacy to continuously ask Infront of people.
The staff and Dr. Kakoyannis are all incredibly kind, helpful and professional. I had a great experience there. I will agree that it is quite challenging to get through to the office via phone--I know it's a busy season for hospitals and hopefully they're able to get more help!
Good service and good doctors everything it's clean little people and I love this clinic
Had a phone visit with Ebony a Nurse Practicioner. It was awful. Ebony was dismissive and racist. Said call was not even necessary.
Well, I'm out of asthma meds and I can't make an appointment because no one ever answers their damn phone. What a joke. I've called at all hours and no one ever picks up.
Staff is great and ive been coming here for years. Though, the past few months trying to make an appointment is extremely frustrating. I've been needing to make an appointment for awhile now but each time I call I am on hold for an hour and a half and I need to hang up because I feel like it is impossible to get a hold of them. I tried calling at different times of the day and still can never get a hold of anyone. They recommend making an appointment online using a client login but I don't have that.
Literally the worst medical care that I've ever received. Takes wayyyy too long to even get through to a receptionist to set up an appointment. Received Telehealth appointment that involved a lot of the 'doctor' cutting me off mid sentence. Subpar healthcare.
Dr. Grueneisen is great and I appreciate the care I have gotten from her personally. However this clinic overall is the biggest headache. It's my personal assumption that they take on too many clients than they can handle. They have a separate call center for scheduling appointments and you can easily be on hold for 1.5 hrs. When you finally get through the next available appointment is in 3 months!!!!!! How can you properly care for your patients, if you can't see them within 2 weeks at minimum. You should be able to easily see your PCP and not be forced to go to UC or ER just to see a Dr. that doesn't know your medical history. If you do go to the ER, which in my case I did, they will tell you to notify your primary doctor and make an appt to further assess.. well, good luck. I was on hold for over an hour the next day just to speak to a person. And this is a call made first thing in the morning 7-8am. I will unfortunately have to move on and I hope if you're looking into this clinic, to search further as well. Their system isn't streamlined to give you the care you deserve. Everyone I've been in contact with here is very nice and as helpful as possible, it's just unfortunate.
HORRIBLE. Wait time to make an app used to be 30-45 min. Now it's 2+ hours and usually after two hours they hang up. I spent a whole week trying to make an app and they just kept hanging up. Before when I had a virtual app they lady scheduled it for the wrong time two times in a row. I was so frustrated and in tears then finally I got a phone call with a doctor for them to say they will call be back for X-rays and they never did. Just go to the ER.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
