My brother comes here for his treatments, the staff seem great from who I have met and spoke to but unfortunately if your trying to get sober please be strong. He has never relapsed so much ever being on an "opiate blocker" thanks to someone who is there texting my brother letting him know HE will be there getting his doses so my brother can pick up from him. Understandable if he wants it he can go anywhere but having people reach out to him to meet at somewhere that's suppose to help it is absolutely horrible.

Very good compassionate and genuine staff!!! Needed to get directed and found this service through a friend. Couldn't be happier. I recommend them highly! Going to miss my counselor Tony. He's the best. Anyone who gets him will be helped greatly. Looks like a promotion and step up in life.

New manager is MUCH BETTER. Old staff was terrible but with the new manager and new, competent and compassionate counselor's, the clinic is running much better. So grateful for the program, it saved my life! Happy I stuck it out through many horrible experiences and many not so good councilors because now I have a wonderful counselor Christiana. She really is special and REALLY CARES. She really wants to help her clients. I definitely recommend it now, wouldn't have before, but sadly with the unjust closing of Wilshire treatment center, this is the only methadone clinic on the westside so luckily it's gone through many positive changes. Oh the doctor is only there on Fridays, so intake is only done on Fridays, and I recommend calling Thursdays to set up an appointment. If you are even considering trying to get clean, DO IT! Nothing is more proven to work than medication assisted treatment. Programs are customized to the patient. This clinic is the perfect balance. Not tons of unnecessary requirements and hoops to jump through. They are there if you need them but also take into account you are just getting your life back on track and are busy with other things like work and appointments so don't require too much of you, but do require you work the program, but at the same time makes sure the program works for you! Even allows you to do your counciling over the phone which is amazing if you have work or other things come up! Again the new manager and Christiana are amazing! They have really transformed the entire clinic. It used to be lacking compassion and competents but that is just not the case anymore. Definitely recommend this place. God is in this building!

Went to the clinic for a routine physical as a new patient. It's covered by my insurance but I was not informed that there's a doctor in only on Fridays. Inconvenient for someone who works freelance. My appointment was for 9AM, I got there 20 minutes early and didn't get seen until almost 10:30. My eyesight was checked, a urine sample was drawn, and my blood pressure was tested, but no one ever really examined me physically. I spoke with a doctor for about 15 minutes, she ordered several tests for me including Hepatitis tests and then I was directed to go to LabCorp. I was told that they would receive my results at the clinic and I would be informed of their arrival. Three weeks later and I had to call to be informed that LabCorp has "no record of me ever being there" and that there's nothing the clinic can do. 6 vials of blood and an entire day wasted for lost results. AVOID VENICE MEDICAL

I am giving 2 stars because many of the counselors there are really good and do a wonderful job. The woman who runs the clinic, however, is absolutely awful! She always has a miserable look on her face and treats the clients horribly. She has no respect for any of us that are there trying to improve our lives. Many of us are looking for other options because of how unpleasant she makes it for all of us. We can only hope that maybe she will leave so we can stay.

They are attempting to improve. The new manager lady is very nice big upgrade from the last. You gotta remember people are going in here to better themselves and it's hard when the staff is all grouchy. So that said the improvements are defiantly helping in my eyes at least.
