Normally, I hate going to urgent cares because the estimated amount of time you have to wait is ridiculous but not here! When I arrived it was pretty busy, and being that I was in a huge amount of pain the front office were quick to take my information and assured me I would get seen quickly! Once I headed inside all the staff were very attentive and did everything they could to help me out! Usually clinics are rude and don't bother asking you anything, so to come to a clinic where you feel cared about is refreshing! Definitely coming back here! Thank you to the staff that took care of me on this busy Saturday!
This place is my go to when I have any health concerns and don't want to beg to be "squeezed in" and then spend hours waiting to see my primary care doctor. I have gone many times as well as taken my kids and recommended to friends. The front desk staff is always pleasant and I have never spent more than 10 minutes waiting to be seen. The doctors I have seen there have all been wonderful. Charming, caring and thorough. Plus if they prescribe something, you can often get it there rather than having to go to a pharmacy. A nice service if you don't feel well. Oh and they take my insurance so it's usually just a $10 co-pay.
I have been to Venice Urgent Care a number of times most recently my experience was quite fond. I called in the morning and spoke to Ebony who was very helpful the last time I visited. I told her what symptoms I was experiencing and she told me it was best I come in and have the doctor take a look. When I got there a number of hours later I was greeted by the staff who are all kind and helpful.A few minutes later I started my physical and met Dr. Mirahshemi who helped me with my sinus issues not only did he do an excellent job removing earwax! but most importantly he told me the how and why of how to prevent these issues in the future something every other doctor I have seen over the past seven years when I have had this issue did not. Thank you to Venice Urgent Care staff Dr. Mirahshemi, Ebony, Alondra, Dani and Gabs!
Don't go here. People behind the desk were so rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. There were three people I told them I thought I might have a concussion when they asked what I was in for. They all glanced at each other and whispered and then told me I had to go to the ER because they didn't have the equipment. Ended up going to Santa Monica Urgent Care where they were very very nice and did I'm fact diagnose me with a concussion! No "equipment" needed.
I needed a covid test to go to Hawaii, I told 4 people at clinic what I needed. When I got to Hawaii I was told I had wrong test and had 2 choices. One being quarantine for 10 days at my expense or go home. I lost air fare, rent a car, and 20 days of hotels about $4000. I called clinic when I returned and told them. I asked what they would do about it ? I talked to Vanessa who said I would have to have a manager call you back. Of course no one called me back. I called back Vanessa the next day and was told the management said it was my responsibility to ask for correct test, and it was my fault and we are not going to do anything about it. Did not know there were different tests, I told them I needed test for Hawaii to 4 people.
Best urgent care I've ever been to. So professional, QUICK in seeing me, getting me in and out, very small amount of paperwork to check in... and everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. I will only come to this urgent care from now on. Thank you so much to the whole team!!!!
This place was nice enough to service me even though they had already seen their last patient of the day. The staff was friendly and they took great care of me.
Staff were friendly and helpful. They are quite good at "trading you up" to more tests. But the real problem for me was the lack of covid-19 testing when you arrive. I'm used to medical facilities asking The Covid-19 Questions and taking your temperature before you are admitted to the clinic. Venice Urgent Care left me sitting in a waiting room with interested clients. I was tested over I was brought into a clinic room. Kinda late for my tastes.
if I could give zero stars I would. this is the worst urgent care I’ve ever gone to don’t waste your time and visit another. my first visit here they reassured me that the only thing I’d have to pay is the $10 co-pay if you weeks later I get a letter in the mail letting me know I have a $300 “new patient fee” .. I have never heard of such a thing at an urgent care. I decided to give them another try and walked in at 7:39 after I got out of work knowing they close at eight all the employees were in the front of the store and said they aren’t taking any more patients. they should consider changing their hours if they aren’t going to allow patients after 7:30.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
