Dr Murphy is such a great doctor, he is smart, and takes the time to go over every detail with his patients about there health. He is one of the very best doctors I've ever been to. Dr. Murphy is awesome, but the new computer system they are using makes it virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone or make an appointment. It always says the line is busy, and there is no option to talk to an operator.

I am extremely disappointed in the staffs workflow. I have called over four times on different days, and no one has been able to provide me help. I have been told each time that I would get a call back with no call back. I would like the office manager to contact me to resolve this issue. Or I will be canceling my next appointment, and finding a new doctor. It would be a shame because I do like the doctor and the nurse practitioner but the staff is spoiling this experience. Update:5th try was a success.

I have been seeing Dr. Murphy for years. He’s the best, most thorough family practice physician I have been to. He takes his time with you and does a complete analysis. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Murphy is an amazing dr., family man, and friend. He goes ubove and beyond to help out his patients. I'm going to miss him and his professionalism. His staff are great in person. They are kind and helpful.

Dr. Murphy may be great, but I wouldn't know. I was searching for a new doctor and the earliest appointment I could get was for 3 months later. With no prior notice or issue, the day before the appointment I was informed that they were still negotiating to take Anthem Blue Cross, so I would therefore be out of network. Wow...the day before my appointment that I waited 3 months for? BTW... Anthem Blue Cross is the largest for profit insurance company in the U.S. Also, I'm over 65 on Medicare, and have a PPO with Anthem...none of this seem to make any difference.

My husband and I are so very happy to be cared for by Dr. Murphy. When Dr. Loman retired we had a choice of other well qualified doctors but Dr. Murphy was the perfect match. He’s patient and let’s you talk about your health and really listens. I’ve had some tough health issues but he’s helped 100% with all of them.

Dr. Murphy is wonderful doctor. He is great at explaining and breaking down any medical condition and or procedure so that you understand. In addition, will take the time to address any questions that you may have. His staff is always professional and friendly.

I have been a patient at Identity Medical Group since it started back in the 80's with Dr Geoffrey Loman. Dr Loman was awesome doctor who truly cared about his patients. When he recently retired I was told that Dr Murphy was even more incredible as Dr Loman was. THEY WERE MORE THAN RIGHT. Dr Murphy is an amazing incredible human being besides being very competent and thorough. He understands the human side and go's above and beyond to make sure you as the person understand and are comfortable with his care and treatment. Dr Murphy is one to call you on his off day to give you test results that he knew was stressing me to death. He is also one to do all he can to flex his schedule to fit people in even though it makes for very long days. I've never seen a more committed doctor and am very blessed and fortunate to have him as my GP. Rosie and the other front desk staff are also wonderful, friendly, and accommodating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Murphy for many years, since he took over practice from Fran Larsen. He is the epitome of a family practice physician. He has a sincere interest in the physical and personal well being of his patients. He is very easy to discuss personal issues with; is very understanding and responsive. He possesses a high degree of medical knowledge with a progressive approach to your medical needs. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Murphy.
