Fantastic surgeon. Went in for a microdiscectomy after my pain specialist recommended him. I was seen really fast and scheduled very quickly. Couldn’t walk or stand and was in agony. After surgery I was walking immediately without pain. Brilliant recovery and follow up.

Good at Listening, explaining and beside manner - Great experience from the begining, dr. collected information from me and my scans to develop a plan , did not rush into surgery , provided physical therapy first. In the end surgery was needed, and that process went well and follow up was great. Also email responses to any and all questions was very efficent

I was waiting for my appointment with dr Dorsi for three months. Two days to my appointment I called the office to ask what is the best way to send my MRI images to them before seeing Dr. The lady told me the doctor's assistant is going to call me to answer my question. A lady named "Heather called an hour later saying " We have to cancel your appointment as we dont take your insurance anymore!! this came as a shock to me and explained that this is insane. You checked my insurance at the time of scheduling and if meanwhile you decided to change your policy you should have called me! I lost the opportunity to make appointment with other providers during these 3 months She was rude and without any sympathy! The next morning I called again to their scheduling department and without introducing myself asked if the doctor takes my insurance and the answer was " YES". Most unprofessional practice I have even seen and I am a health care provider myself.
