I don’t recommend Dr. Algra, he is condescending and unprofessional in the manner of preventive care. Doesn’t listen..cuts you off and is dismissive as you’re trying to give an answer to his question. He came in the patient room very strong headed and immediately can see he was irritated about whatever he had going on. He is the type of provider that gives primary medical group a bad reputation.. This behavior is an embarrassment to the medical field.

Love Dr. Algra! I had a surgery where my surgeon didn't give me almost any after care (different story) and I needed to reach out to my primary care team to help me. I was in tons of pain and not sleeping, it was rough. Dr. Algra helped me right away when the other staff was rude and did not. I have seen him several times since for various issues, and have had great experiences every time. He actually listens and works with me for my healthcare, which is amazing and can be hard to find!

Disappointing experience with Dr. Algra. Condescending, arrogant demeanor in all our interactions. Poses rhetorical questions meant to make the patient feel inferior. Just a terrible experience. Like others in the reviews have said, I came to him for an injury when my regular doctor wasn't available and got very shoddy and inconsistent care and follow-up, and terrible bedside manner.

Very disappointed with my televisit with Dr. Algra. He is not my primary doctor, but I made an appointment with him, because my doctor was not available. I explained I had fallen at home and my left hand continued to be swollen after 4 weeks. He suggested an MRI because he thought I had torn the ligaments in my hand. I had the MRI done and the facility told me I should here from my doctor in 2 days. I had to call Dr. Algra's office, which I was okay with and spoke to his PA. She shared the ligaments were not torn, but it was a bad sprain and he was recommending physical therapy. She sent the referral to me via email, which was perfect. My disappointment with Dr. Algra was the referral did not indicate which hand was injured nor which specific fingers were injured, no diagnosis, no duration for physical therapy, and no follow up appointment with Dr. Algra. I would never recomend anyone to Dr. Algra, so uncaring and unprofessional!

Just recently switched my moms care over to Dr.Algra. His staff jumped on her case & was concerned as much as I was. Dr. Algra got her reports & gave her a FaceTime appointment quickly. He scheduled her for a CT scan & pulmonary appointment too. While I’m sitting here waiting on Dr. Munoz from Magnolia to get back to us. Mind you my mom had a fall & was bleeding from her brain. THANK YOU AGAIN Dr.Paul Algra for giving is a peace feeling at night now. Your staff is amazing too.
