I submitted my personal information by fax which included, as a new patient, my SSN, DOB address and credit card information as directed by this lady who lured me into it by saying that there are cancellations as of late and a great chance for me to be seen right away if I get all my paper work in the soonest time. Our experience with Dr. Chopra and her nurse was wonderful. She was so kind and tender to my 8-year-old. Did a great job of explaining everything at my level of understanding. Did not rush through anything and while we were getting our skin tests, she was checking in regularly. They were concerned that they were running behind, but did everything in her power to make sure we weren't waiting forever. Professional but sweet bedside manner, highly knowledge, would recommend to friends and family.
