Dr. Hu has taken care of my mother's glaucoma over the past couple years and has performed a successful glaucoma laser on her. My mother now no longer has to use any more glaucoma drops! She is always thoughtful, kind, and patient, answering all our questions at each visit. She is always up to date with the latest medicines and surgical techniques. We are so thankful for her expertise!

My mom went to Dr. Hu for Glaucoma Surgery, on her right eye, but she did both Cataract and Glaucoma Surgeries at the same time. My mom’s right eye was bleeding for two weeks; as a result, she lost her vision. Dr. Hu never apologized and only referred her to other doctors in her group, I am very disappointed with her and her ability to do surgeries. My advise is consult with other doctors outside the group before you let her touch your eyes.

Dr. Hu is fantastic. Great bed-side manner, incredibly thoughtful and cheerful. It is always comforting to know that some of the most precious parts of your body (the eyes!) are in good hands. She's quick, thorough and incredibly smart. She gets the job done WELL and makes you feel good!

Dr. Hu and staff were very responsive when I was having a lot of difficulty with my vision. Dr. Hu actually saved my life. Yes, it is true. The eye Dr. saved my life through professional and very efficient action in admitting me to Los Robles hospital with a serious brain/optic nerve problem previously undetected by other ophthalmologists but became critical. And, is now saving my vision. Dr. Hu is a total PRO.

This is the first visit. Women at front desks are rude and not helpful. They sent us to 3085 but the real location is 3003. My mother is elderly with a cane. The first woman just pointed her outside. But it is across a large parking lot down a long walkway and then across a courtyard. When confronted about rudeness and confusion they were defensive and rude and show no concern or take responsibility. You wonder why are these type of people in the healthcare industry. Good luck if you go here
