Dr.William Starr is a wonderful hand surgeon, he has performed 4 surgeries on my hands in the last 18 months , he relieved the pain and agony my hands had for years ‼️ I cannot say enough about him and his staff very kind & attentive , he fixed my hands I'm forever grateful , I highly recommend Dr.William Starr‼️

Dr Starr is a wonderful hand surgeon, he's performed 4 surgeries on my hands all super successful?? This Doctor gave my constantly aching and agonizing painful hands a new lease . Dr.Starr has a wonderful bedside manor, is very attentive and has a great staff, they all listen and are helpful and kind??I highly recommend Dr. William Starr, a patient, kind man. I had numerous problems carpal tunnel, trigger thumb, painful arthritis, he fixed them all?? I couldn't be happier with the results ??

When I was 7yrs old Dr. Star did an amazing job on the right side of my forehead. I fell forehead first off of bicycle. I was treated in the old Sainnt Johns Emergency room. I am 39yrs old and If he wouldn’t of don’t the surgery I would have been scarred for life. I have no scaring at all.

Doesn't actually see his patients. My 5-year-old daughter split her forehead open and got 14 stitches in the ER. I wanted to follow up with a specialist to make sure (1) she would have minimal scarring and (2) she had sustained no other damage that the ER doctor missed. At our appointment with Dr. Starr, we saw only his nurse. She was nice enough, but she missed what may be nerve damage. My daughter can't fully lift her affected brow. Presumably, the doctor would have caught this even though the nurse did not. So, now it's off to find a plastic surgeon who actually bothers to see his/her patients during appointments.

Waited for half hour in waiting room, then over an hour int he exam room. He apologized. I would've rather rescheduled. My time is equally valuable. He spoke in a condescending manner, and he didn't know about my carpal tunnel syndrome so refereed me to a hand specialist. I thought he was a hand specialist. Complete waste of time.

Dr. Starr treated my broken finger from an auto accident. His guidance for physical therapy at VCMC and follow up to make sure I was healing properly, assured a positive outcome.
