William Klope's Online Review Report Card

Since my earlier review, Dr. Klope has closed his private practice and is now working at the Center for Family Health. This means that the issues I had previously, which were related to how his office was run, are no longer there. Dr. Klope continues to be a top notch urologist, although he is extremely busy these days. Still, I would recommend him without hesitation.

I had a multitude of problems and Bill Klope did a great job fixing me up.

The front desk and phone service staff at this facility were unfriendly. They did not communicate the correct location for Dr Klope nor his contact information. Also, $90 for a consultation is required but again, this was not communicated when making the appointment. This is a free consult at most other urology offices.

I have known Dr. Klope for more than 20 years and he has treated just about every male member of my family. His integrity is impeccable, his bedside manner is off the charts, his drive, his passion for his work, his work mannerisms and his ethic responsibility to his clients and staff speak volumes about who this man really is.....in addition to being the best, hands-down, bar-none urologist this side of Heaven... To say Dr. Klope has been a blessing to my family is an understatement. Forever we are grateful to him on many levels. His stock with us is nothing short of blue chip. i first started with Dr Klope 20 years ago (when i was much younger). i moved away, and back again, and away now. i now live in a different state - but still make the trip to see Dr. Klope once or twice a year. in addition to having great experience, knowledge, and specialty stuff, i like that if feels like Dr. Klope is a partner in my health. i am able to have honest and personal conversations (i tend to avoid doctors). Dr. Klope was a military physician, and experienced the marine cold weather training in bridgeport (certificate in the exam room). so, it helps that we have some common background.after each visit, i feel i got more of his time than i paid for. i rarely see more than one other patient before or after my appointment (I have had doctors book 4 patients per 15 minute, and i would see them for 2 minutes)

I love Dr. Klope. He is knowledgeable and effective. He helped me a lot. I recommend him to all my friends.

Great bedside manner. Takes his time with his patient. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Klope.

Dr. Klope struck me as not just a very competent Urologist, but extraordinarily knowlegeable and caring. He is definitely an advocate for his patients. He is engaged on every level, is not a doctor who counts seconds to run patients through in 10 minutes. I do not believe that money is his driving force. He struck me as being dedicated to quality of care, what we all were taught to believe a dr was all about. He listened, and he even returned calls. He treated me for something the Urologist I thought was treating me had missed.

As near painless as I think my procedure could have been. Minimal pain during and following surgery, even compared to what I have read to expect online. I followed Dr. Klope's instructions, and to no surprise had great results in the days following. Billing procedures were explained very clearly and up front. I would highly recommend.
