Agnes Quion's Online Review Report Card

Before going to Dr Quion I read some reviews. People indicated she was a good doctor. There was mention of her staff being either lazy or not getting things done. My insurance assigned her as my PCP. So I made a decision to find another. Only one in person visit and telephone appointments. Many problems with referrals. No communication.

My apologies for not writing a review years ago. Dr. Agnes Quion has been my primary physician since 2006. At first I had male doctors that did not understand a women's health needs with terrible bedside manners. Dr. Agnes Quion is THE BEST! Along with Dr. Daniel Quion. She listens to all my concerns and always follow through with only the best care for me. While the wait times are long, I do understand she's making her rounds to other patients that are in the hospital. Dr. Quion is the most understanding, knowledgeable, caring, polite and professional doctor I've ran across. I cant't finish this without giving a shout out to Ruth! Much love to the practice and the staff!

Staff is very lazy , simple things like sending lab orders is too much of a task. The front office girl never turns her phones over when the office opens or turns them off early causing you to have to drive by the office . Then when you ask about it , she denies it . Several occasions, i have gone to the office during normal hours and the door is locked( usually if the doctor is on vacation or out ) again they will deny it ! Referrals never get placed in a timely manor and the manager Ruth always has an excuse. The doctor needs to clean house and get staff who actually wants to work. It's sad to see a provider with horrible staff.

Dr. Agnes Quion treated my Mother years ago for high blood pressure. I had taken her there for just a little while till we waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half and there was no one else in there. I finally took my Mom out of there and told them we would not be back. When finding the new doctor it was realized that Dr. Agnes Quion had my Mother on such a high dose of water pills that they damaged her kidneys. That being said my mom had to be under drs supervision constantly. That lead up to other problems, from then death. She past April 26 2018. I miss my Mom Dr Agnes Quion

I really like Dr. Quion and her staff there friendly and most of all Dr.Quion is a very good medical Doctor who help my mother and myself which at the time no other Doctors could do.Sometimes the wait is long , but it's well worth the wait.

Dr. Quion is very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She and her staff are very patient and sees to it that all of our health questions are discussed efficiently.

Okay, I'm going to give this place 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars I because the wait time here is ridiculous and the front desk receptionist isn't necessarily best. Now, the good part is that the staff in the back are GREAT and ultimately we keep coming back here because Dr. A. Quion is such a caring, genuine awesome person. Let's do something about wait time and front desk though.

Incompetence, doesn't care ,should retire.

Half of the time appointments are not available for weeks. She takes a lot of vacations with no one to cover her patient. She only sees patients in her office for a few hours in the afternoon and forget about Fridays. After waiting, often for hours, she will spend enough time for discussion of three health issues (briefly). Recently there has been several problems with referrals and prescriptions.
