I would like to say thank you to Dr. Auon and his staff. I am new to the High Desert and I was very hesitant in getting a new a doctor. I am very happy that someone recommended Dr.Aoun to me. I have been very pleased with him as my dr. He is very patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a Dr in the Apple valley, Victorville or Hesperia area then he is your guy!

Worst doctor ever and has yet to respond to multiple messages we have left. Lack of compassion and communication with patient and patients loved ones plus misdiagnosed symptoms has added to complications that we are dealing with now. How someone that is trusted to help you through hard times can be so incompetent is a mystery to me. If you need medical care please go somewhere else and you will thank me later. I won't go into details, but this is not the doctor you want when you need it most.

Dr. Aoun and staff are absolutely wonderful. (I should have written this sooner). Guess I felt like my little “best kept secret” should remain my secret. But he has been such an exceptional medical professional to deal with, its only fair that I share my experience. First you work with his office staff to schedule appointments. Very nice, quick to respond and professional. Can’t ask for more. Then meeting with Dr. Aoun solidifies the professionalism and consideration you receive. He really digs in and asks questions, listens, spends time with you and offers ideas and solutions. He is not judgmental or pushy. He always takes the time to go over all the details. You feel like you have the best of both worlds…..a seasoned medical professional and a realistic guy who understands that not everyone has the same needs or the same opinion. I always feel like I can be honest and get an honest response or advise. I trust him completely. Kudos Doc!! I appreciate you!

Dr. Aoun and his staff are the greatest. I'm confident with his knowledge in medicine and how clearly he explains my medications to me and any options I have. I feel I'm in good hands with him. His staff is exceptionally helpful and compassionate. They go above and beyond to help me coordinate my appointments and any other needs.

Front desk staff is amazing!! Especially Linda she is extremely thorough and is ALWAYS available to help. She is absolutely the most friendly and helpful person I have ever had at a Drs office. I literally would consider finding another Dr if she went somewhere else.

He is very knowledgeable and kind. He took time to explain everything to men& tolerated all my questions. He also works at a nearby hospital in addition to his office.

Please do not visit this doctor! I went in for a follow visit at urgent care from an ear infection and he referred me to a radiologist. He refused to fill a prescription he gave me once i cancelled a 3rd follow up visit. He billed me $495 for a 20 minute office visit and he never diagnosed my ear infection? We talked about social issues, sexual orientation, my religion, kitchen habits? The receptionist told me the charge was included in the urgent care visit, but then tacked on $495 RIP OFF

i got ripped off, paid for a $495 office visit and they refused to fill my prescription the doctor gave me and wouldn't give me an explanation, you can't reach the doctor, he won't talk to you, i would go somewhere else!

This is the worst Doctor I've ever visited. Don't even think about visiting this doctor! I went in for a follow up visit for an ear infection after taking medication for 10 days from urgent care, and he sent me to a radiologist to have my heart analyzed? He wouldn't fill the prescription that he promised after I cancelled a 3rd follow up visit with him and he never diagnosed my ear infection on the 2nd visit? He billed me for $495.00 for a 20 minute visit of which most of it was talking about my religion and sexual orientation. I went back to his office 4 times to ask him to correct my bill, and there was nobody in his waiting room all 4 times. Like nobody there? He refuses to talk to you on the phone if you call with a question, and please do not visit him, you will get ripped off!
