Thank you so much! The anesthesiologist was amazing. You all did my baby's dental work very efficiently and in less than an hour.

I will give this place five stars but, you guys need to get new receptionist ones who understand to not mix up patient's name and details when setting appointments and also dentist who are more charismatic of small children who are scared nervous and in pain because my visit with my six-year-old was nothing short of that. She left terrified and in pain I left traumatized because I had no idea why they wouldn't stop and give her a break why they said there and she screaming in the chair while they were drooling into her mouth with her gums and teeth, visibly bleeding and her shaking and clenching her fist. I really want it to like this place but I just don't appreciate the fact that I had to personally ask the dentist to stop drilling in my daughter's mouth due to the fact that she was screaming and crying mind you the dentist told my child to stop screaming and crying and to relax her shoulders. She's freaking 6!!! She had very little regard for any of that. I had to ask three times for her to stop drilling. Very concerned with the fact that she was just nonchalant about what I was telling her coming as a concern mother it's very troubling to know that's what type of dentist you have a children's dental office. however, the dental assistance were really kind to my daughter reassuring her that she was OK and I appreciate them for that but that dentist that rubbed me the wrong way.

The staff was very polite and kind and very fast I never have any problems with attitude the Dr there is awesome she is very patient with the kids

If you want to put braces on your child, don't do it at this clinic. My daughter had them put on a year ago and there are no results. Sometimes they hurt and they don't want to check her. They are very punctual in charging you at the bank but they don't care if your child suffers. My daughter hasn't had a checkup for more than 5 months and they always change her appointments 👎

Love them there all so sweet and patient with the kids. Highly recommend

Es la peor experiencia, firmé un contrato por invisiline, al principio todo bien mi peque cambiaba de tray cada semana, después cambiaron de ortodoncista y el nuevo dijo que no que las tray se iban a cambiar cada 2 semanas sin una explicación solo porque sí, después perdieron sus trays y tuvo que usar la misma por un mes y medio. Le ponen nuevos attachments, mi kid hace muchísima saliva, después de un rato viene la dra y dice: "llevas casi una hora con este paciente" a lo que le respondí, "no estamos aquí por hora, se supone que ustedes deben brindar calidad de servicio", solo me ignoró y se fue. vuelven a cambiar de ortodoncista y la nueva le pone nuevas tray y dice que cada 2 semanas se van a reemplazar, volvieron a perder la #8 y tuvimos que esperar de nuevo a que la ornenaran, cuando vino a atenderlo durante la cita le molestó que no estuviera ahí en la silla esperándola sino que fue al baño, dijo "va demasiado al baño" a lo que le respondí: "sí, tiene problemas de vejiga, por su altura parece de más edad pero solo tiene 12 y es autista. Hace un mes le dije que mi kid se le cayeron casi todos los attachments, lo vió y dijo que NO le iba a poner nuevos que esos trays que traía ya no iban a ayudar mucho así que pidió que volviera en un mes para hacele nuevos moldes y ponerle nuevos attachments. Ese mismo día tuvo a un niño esperando más de 40 minutos en la silla con los aparatos para mantener la boca abierta (¡en serio! los niños se cansan y eso duele.) La asistente dental estaba molesta por la forma en que mi kid se removió los attachments y le dije que así le enseñó la persona que le entrenó cuando iniciamos misma que ya ni trabaja ahí como la mayoría, estuvo presionandole para que se cambiara a frenos regulares que porque si no podía ser responsable era mejor que usará los otros porque así no había ningún progreso en su tratamiento. Le pregunté eso a la dra enfrente de la asistente dental y lo negó todo y se fue. Ayer llegamos a la cita, lo vio y me dice que qué hacemos ahí que nos toca hasta las 8 semanas, le respondí lo que ella dijo un mes atrás y dijo que no que ella no había dicho eso, nos dijo que nos fuéramos y que volviéramos en 6 semana para los nuevos moldes y attachments porque NO tenía sentido ponerle nuevos ahorita. La dra no atiende a los niños, lo pasa en el monitor de la computadora y se tarda mucho tiempo en atenderlos si es que tiene que checar a alguno de los niños. La dra No te dice qué progreso ha tenido tu kid comparado con la última visita La dra NO hace notas en los archivos de los niños así que no tiene ni idea de lo que dice en las consultas previas por lo que NO da buen seguimiento y mucho menos calidad. No tiene respeto por el tiempo de los clientes. Nunca hay citas Están bajos de personal y sobrecargados de citas, es como si nos hacen citas al mayoreo pero no tienen como atenderlas con calidad y tiempo. Solo UN día a la semana atienden ortodoncia y ese día están overbooked, a nosotros nos han tenido ahí esperando más de una hora para que nos atiendan y nos han hecho quedarnos hasta después de la hora de cerrar para que ellos puedan terminar su trabajo. NO hay suficiente estacionamiento, es un lío encontrar en dónde estacionarse. Nunca hay nadie que de la cara, nadie que hable contigo. Esperamos que sí hablén con un abogado. Quiero que transfieran a otra oficina dental o que cancelen por incumplimiento de contrato. oficina de San Diego al lado de La maestra

I love this place, I drive all the way from barstow, my sons love this place they are awesome! Never had unpleasant experience here, doctor and team is always so nice.

1St visit so far it’s been great i love how they constantly check up on us just to say hi. Xrays went great the tech kept reassuring my grandson everything would be ok. He is traumatized from his very 1st dentist appointment and procedure there after. We hoping for the best ill update after next visit & procedure. Im looking forward to him being put to sleep to go through this, it’s hard for an adult to get numbed up so for a kid it can be traumatizing to be shot in the gums several times. Im praying for the best!
