I've seen her a few times now. I don't feel like she listens well or maybe doesn't take younger patients very seriously. She'll asks questions and as I'm explaining starts to cut me off, or just has some type of rebuttal. How are you going to be able to provide a solution if you're not listening to the entire story? I had what I thought to be a UTI or bladder inflection because I was experiencing PAIN and DISCOMFORT in that area and lower stomach. They tested my urine and it came back normal. They did an x-ray on my stomach area. She started talking about my bowels putting pressure on my bladder that may be causing the pain. The bowel pressure is causing spasms in my urethra??? She said it could be a gynecology concern, but she isn't for sure because that's not her expertise. Ok, a referral?? Anything for the PAIN?? Nope. Just a suggestion to call my insurance to find a gastro doctor in my network. Ok, thanks. Very dissatisfied. Going to see someone else.

I would recommend her for many reasons. One is she is very knowledgeable. . I also liked that she took time with me letting me talk about me. She cared about what I had to say. She is a very smart doctor.

I was very happy about my visit with Cynthia. She took time to go over and explain test results and explain them in terms I could understand. I never felt that I was being fussed at for my bad habits... just some good recommendations.
