They seem to never pick up the phone. Got a vasectomy. Been trying to get a follow up for 1 week and a half and even went by the office 4 times and they've been closed or not answering the door. I wouldn't recommend here at all and I still don't know if the surgery was a success. I like the dr but not the way he runs his office

I had been seeing him for years. Always felt comfortable like he cared about my health until recently. I had a urethra dilation procedure done. I had a severe UTI after the procedure I was put on cipro. After finishing the first round I still had a severe infection so he refilled it. He didnt change antibiotics he kept me on 3 rounds of cipro!! I went back to his office and this time he checked the urine said all clear no infection.I left his office and I felt dizzy and I had blurred vision so I stopped at Urgent Care. Thank god I did. I had a severe uti!!! After Dr. Duke minutes before told me it was clear. I was put on i.v.antibiotics right away and sent home with antibiotics. It was so severe. If not for Urgent Care my kidneys would of been infected and more. When I called. Dr. Duke to tell him all he could say was; I have no answers. My life was at risk and all he could say was" I have no answers why I misread your urine test! Never Again!!!

Dr duke is a great Dr. He's very detailed and cares about his patients! I love this Dr, however, the office staff is aweful! The assistant named Thomas is rude and even closed the front desk window on another patient while he was still talking. He was not rude to me because I avoided him at all costs, but I have seen this man be rude to Dr Dukes patients and it's sad because Dr Duke probably doesn't even know how his patients are being treated!

My Urologist for ten years. Plays the Mandolin well. Also is a good Doctor. Long time staff very good, appoint times well met. 5 star guy.

Dr. Duke has helped my father numerous times over the last 5 years. He is always kind and caring. He has a good sense of humor and bedside manner. He explains procedures well so you have all of the information you need. I would recommend Dr. Duke to everyone that needs a urologist.

The doctor himself is wonderful, hard to imagine anyone better at his craft. Absolutely on top of the game and he's got a great sense of humor if you are witty enough to catch it. Like other mentioned, points off for the staff. It;s been hit and miss over the years, but the front office is the face of the business... if it were consistently better then it would be 5-star.
