This doctor has basically vanished. I went to his office for a scheduled appointment and he had vanished and his offices were closed. I lost all of my medical records and there was no forwarding information. He either died or he is in jail.

Dr Joseph Ho has been my primary doctor for (10) years. He's treated many of my family members over the years. One of our elderly had received very poor care at the VA in Loma Linda. I took him to Dr Ho. He literally saved his life & due to Doctor diagnosing the actual conditions, and treating them, our loved one's life was extended by years. I'm certain this was the result of Dr Ho's devotion to his medicall sci, & to his patients!God bless him! Sr. Deana,OSB, St David's Anglican Burbank CA

The doctor is great..... If you ever get to see him. The office is supposed to open at 9, but the receptionist doesn't get there until 9:15. The doctor wont arrive until 11 and at 12 he takes a 3 hour lunch. ?????? The office is always closed.

Doctors office is great! I think their staff is very nice and polite, and the doctor is absolutely great, even though it is an urgent care and no appointments are needed, they are pretty fast in getting you in and our 😊

They can't even look up insurance! My copays are $20 max. They tried to charge me $120 here. What is wrong with these people do they think people are going to fall for that. Plus they sent away 3 other people said they didn't take their insurance...
