Dr. Calimlim was the doctor who saw my baby at the hospital after he was born so I decided to keep going to him. Even after finding out he was not a provider covered by my medical and I had to pay cash for every visit. First time at his office I was surprised at how ghetto it looked, but once I saw him hold my baby so gentle I still stayed. Today I was informed, after over a year of him caring for my baby, that if I have to re-schedule one more time, I would no longer be able to make an appointment…meaning doctor Calimlim would not see my baby anymore! I was completely taken back and upset. I am a single mother of 2 who works full time. I’m not always able to make my appt but I always call and re-schedule ahead of time. I don’t no show! And now they are telling me this, after all this waisted money and time trying to create stability and familiarity for my baby! I’m sorry but after my phone call today with his office, I now think Dr Calimlim is just an ok doctor and I’m willingly going to take my baby elsewhere. Re-scheduling appointments should NEVER be a reason why a baby is turned down for care. It’s sad and selfish of the doctor.

I really never post reviews unless they are good ones but I felt the need to share my experience with this office. My daughter was born at St Mary’s. Dr Calimlim was her pedia and since then we have him. He is a good doctor. He listens and address to your concern. Even we wait for 45mins to an hour at the clinic before he see us I never complained.But now after 3 years of having him I'm going to change our pedia now. Why? Because doctor's clinic is terrible the staff/especially the front desk is not accommodating and inconsiderate 😒. Very bad customer service always on hold for 15 mins +. And then we were late one time because of unexpected circumstances and have to take Uber to get there. That front desk lady just told us that we're late and she won't take us, I even call them ahead a time to inform her that we'll be late. We were there and she said we're 5 minutes late. Never hear my explanation. So she's the most reason I won't go back to this clinic. So inconsiderate. Another reason is the clinic doesn't look a pedia clinic, so outdated and not clean as well.

Dr. Calimlim was my pediatrician for almost 20 years. I’m grateful for all that he’s done to insure that I could be as healthy as possible. I just moved back to California with two kids; and I hope he can be their doctor as well. Dr. Calimlim if your reading this; I hope your doing well! We will be in to see you hopefully soon! In 16 years of having both my girls going to Dr calimlim i never had so much trouble when one of my girls have gotten sick i never not been able to get appointment for them i have called for a few days now told by office staff to keep calling back at diffrent times to be able to get her seen and still get no where an told they nothing for almost 2 weeks away completely ridiculous especially when my child is sick an the dr has all her medical charts stating she has lung and chronic asthmatic condition why i try to avoid urgent cares and ER as much as possible definitely unfair to constantly have to take my children to ER and to Urgent cares because they never seem to have appointments available that are way out and pointless i never Been this upset an disappointed sense taking my two girls there

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Doctor and staff. This doctor knows his stuff and takes really good care of my boys!!! Best doctor we have ever been to!!

I'm really disappointed with Dr calimlim he is been my kids doctor for 10 years I was so happy with him until today. He has horrible nurses. Plus when you call they put you in hold for 20 min just to tell you that they don't have it appointment. I'm try to find another pediatric because I cant have a doctor's like that. Any more😠
