Marcelino Calimlim's Online Review Report Card

I really never post reviews unless they are good ones but I felt the need to share my experience with this office. My daughter was born at St Mary’s. Dr Calimlim was her pedia and since then we have him. He is a good doctor. He listens and address to your concern. Even we wait for 45mins to an hour at the clinic before he see us I never complained.But now after 3 years of having him I'm going to change our pedia now. Why? Because doctor's clinic is terrible the staff/especially the front desk is not accommodating and inconsiderate 😒. Very bad customer service always on hold for 15 mins +. And then we were late one time because of unexpected circumstances and have to take Uber to get there. That front desk lady just told us that we're late and she won't take us, I even call them ahead a time to inform her that we'll be late. We were there and she said we're 5 minutes late. Never hear my explanation. So she's the most reason I won't go back to this clinic. So inconsiderate. Another reason is the clinic doesn't look a pedia clinic, so outdated and not clean as well.

Dr. Calimlim was my pediatrician for almost 20 years. I’m grateful for all that he’s done to insure that I could be as healthy as possible. I just moved back to California with two kids; and I hope he can be their doctor as well. Dr. Calimlim if your reading this; I hope your doing well! We will be in to see you hopefully soon! I'm really disappointed with Dr calimlim he is been my kids doctor for 10 years I was so happy with him until today. He has horrible nurses. Plus when you call they put you in hold for 20 min just to tell you that they don't have it appointment.I'm try to find another pediatric because I cant have a doctor's like that. Any more😠

Nunca había pasado un mal día confirme personalmente mi cita y al llegar a la cita me la habian cambiado sin previo aviso pago $60 dolares de taxi porque vivo lejos o sea ida y vuelta son ?$120 dolares. Segun el doctor tubo una emergencia y la doctora interina se iva cuando se le daba la gana irresponsable mis hijos se quedaron sin cita sin clases de la escuela o sea con ausencia 😠

Made an appointment for 10am. Showed up with my toddler at 950 and called. Took over an hour to be allowed into the lobby. Wasnt told it was cash only during a pandemic when nobody else is accepting cash. Wouldn't let me be billed or venmo or check or card for 15 dollars. Doctor doesn't take time when visiting and doesn't listen to the parents concerns.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Doctor and staff. This doctor knows his stuff and takes really good care of my boys!!! Best doctor we have ever been to!!

Really great with my kids.. been seeing him for almost 4 years now .. I've had premature twins and he's helped drastically ..they are almost at the weight they are suppose to be . I truly recommend if you have kids in the high desert to go see calimlim

Es el mejor doctor del alto desierto, muy profesional, atento a las necesidades de los pacientes, respetuoso, amigable con los niños y bilingüe, sus asistentes también son muy amables

Dr. And staff are great. Never had any issues and they always listen to my concerns when it comes to my sons care.

Horrible service rude and when you call then they can’t even respond most of the time! Don’t waste your time here!
