Nanda Biswas's Online Review Report Card

I was sent to Dr. Biswas with an elevated white cell count which was unexplained. While under her care I developed liver cancer which became terminal and was found by hepatology, for over a year she took blood work and simply watched my white cell count elevate but failed to find the cancer until it's now too late. My wife has been seeing her for years following breast cancer and she left her taking a medication that was supposed to be for one year, she realized almost a year after she should have discontinued that she forgot to change her medication resulting on her being on that medication for way too long. Also, she refused to see me on a scheduled appointment saying the referral was not received time. Further investigation found that she only submitted the referral 2 days prior to the appointment. The office is a disorganized mess, and dr. Biswas is careless.

I have had 1 appointment with Dr Biswas after a 6 week wait. Then my next appointment was canceled and after 3 weeks of trying to reach office to reschedule either no one answers the phone or it is busy.

Do not go here. I had an a appointment at 9 AM and was told the doctor won’t even be here till 10AM. Per her assistant her arrival times vary. Excuse me, what! Then why make a 9AM appt. Well by 1030 I ask her assistant again only to call her and say she will be here in 10 min. Again since when is it professional to schedule 9 AM being the first patient and you don’t walk into the door till 1040. Didn’t even apologize for being late. Utterly obsurd and completely disrespectful. I scheduled the first appt off the day for a reason. Staff is okay-some are polite and some barely look you in the eye. Highly recommend going someplace else.

Be ready to wait 2 to 3 hours for your appointments. We have 3 or 4 appointments here with Dr. biswas, and this is our last one, our appointment was at 12:30, is already almost 14:30 and we're still waiting to be seeing, every time is the same 2 to 3 hours wait for 5 to 10 minutes that she will be with you, very un professional and disrespectful for people's time. we're Definitely looking for another doctor.

This woman was the most horrible. This lady did not have not any care in her heart at all. She was acting as If my primary and I were lying about me having multiple dvt"s. This lady didn't even look over my medical information or any testing results and tried telling me my dvt"s are nothing. When I was told by imaging and my primary that I have it pretty bad and needs intensive care. She thought I was lying. I walked out. She wanted to take me off my eliquis. This lady said so many other horrible mis information. She even was answering here personal cell phone as we were speaking talking about patients information right in front of me. Horrible experience. Do not go here please.

I'm so disappointed in this office. I have been trying repeatedly to get ahold of them as I have need iron infusions to get ready for my surgery. I've left messege after messege and have heard nothing from them. My surgery is now next week and I'm having to scramble to get in somewhere else. Dr Biswa is super sweet but her office is unorganized and have no consistency. Absolutley disappointing.

Nice Dr. & Staff

This place is the worst Doctor office , the staff is slow and mean and the doctor does not care for the patients , this office could do so much for their patients but they decide not to specially if you are a medical recipient

The front desk Personnel is very nice know me by name have been very helpfull. Dr. Biswa has been very compasinate and has explained and answer all my questions. The personnel that does chemo is nice and gentle with me also carries conversation and answer my questions. Overall experience has been great I don't have to drive down the hill to get quality care. Suggest always be your own advocate and research before my referrals have been fast and effective.

Wow I see that patients are still disappointed Dr. N. Biswas. I literally got no paperwork ever, no speeches about my care or side effects for example. She was emotionless, hard, to the point but never explained anything. I did say a joke once and she did laugh but that never happened again. Oh and the chemo nurse (by the way was EXCELLENT) retired before my last treatment for breast cancer and the dr couldn't even put in the IV line for my chemo, she missed my vein several times and the chemo leaked into my skin, really. The new wet behind the ears nurse had to do it and she didn't do any better. I saw her back in 2006.
