My first visit and really liked the care I was given also no waiting time at all
Dr. Ashtiani and his complete staffing I dealt with, including Desert Valley Hospital surgery ward are all dedicated to helping others!!! Thank you Dr. Ashtiani!!!
Bunch of lazy fat heifers work here.
Good dr explains things well very friendly
We are patients for over ten years. My wife is not suppose to abruptly stop a med she takes. Left a message with dr A he was in call Friday. No call back. No call to the pharmacy. Called Monday talked with Dr Russell who was supposed to call in the medication, didn’t get done. I just left another message with Dr a. If no reply I will call his office in am and let them know this is no way to treat a patient. If no reply/help We will look for another doctor…..
Dr Ashtiani is a great Doctor but he has gotten too busy and the appointments do feel rushed. The big down side is his office is terrible. If they do answer the phone they seldom follow through or call back. Makes it difficult to get refills on meds and appointments. Not friendly either.
Dr. Ashtiani is an excellent, caring doctor. He spends the time necessary to explain, in laymans' terms, and his demeanor puts you immediately at ease. He is busy, but I don't feel rushed when I see him. Wait times are relatively short. His office offers ekgs, ct scans and more, which saves making appointments elsewhere. I found his staff friendly, cooperative and responsive to requests.
DR. VALASQUEZ IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL ❤ CARDIOLOGIST. VERY GENTLE WITH MOM. AND SHE WAS VERY ATTENDED. IM GLAD MOM HAS A GREAT DR. 👍🤗🎶🙏
Dr. Ashtiani listens attentively and makes sure that you fully understand your health before leaving his office.
The GoodDr. Ashtiani is nice, spends time with you and seems to care. The office is clean, and pleasant. The BadYou might have to wait a couple months if you wish to get an appointment with Dr. Ashtiani. The UGLY...and it is ugly You will wait, and wait, and wait, and WAIT in the office for an ABSURD amount of time before they call you back...and if you are unlucky like me...they might not even call you back. For my second appointment, I called to let them know I would be ten minutes late, they were cool with it. I arrived ten minutes late and had to wait one hour and twenty minutes to be called back for a quick test. No problem, it was my fault for arriving late...I thought.BUT TODAY, oy vey!! I arrived early for my 3pm appointment. At 4:42pm I see a hall light go off and a staff member leave...I decide I better go to the counter as it seems they may have forgotten about me???? I go to the front desk and ask the girl if I should reschedule my appointment (since they close at 5pm and I was there for a stress test which apparently takes some time). She says, "ok" and makes a new appointment for me in two more weeks . She NEVER asked why I wanted to reschedule and never apologized for my wait. After sitting in the waiting room for ONE HOUR AND FORTY SEVEN MINUTES I would think they would have some sort of empathy for the patient that just waited for nearly two hours for an appointment. Typical high desert service. I was so happy to find a doctor in the high desert that had more than two stars... sadly, this place is just like the rest of the medical offices up here. They don't give a S... about you or your time. I hope the office manager reads this and gets some customer service training for the person at the window that didn't give a crap about my exasperatingly long wait... the only thing she was worried about was getting to leave in 18 minutes. Pfff... RECOMMENDATION: If you are fortunate enough to have a PPO, go somewhere else besides this office. Don't waist your time here. Don't limit yourself to the doctors up here because if the Dr themself doesn't suck, their office staff most likely will.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
