List of Samuel Lee's Reviews
He seems like a good doctor; however, his staff doesn't seem to be able manage his prescriptions well. I am always falling behind on my dosage. I am going to make an appointment with another urologist.
Dr. Lee is somewhat a good doctor but his style of medicine is off-putting, instead of spending time to determine what the issue is he would rather cut my nuts off so I no longer feel pain, in the area, when asked if that doesn't work... answer is 1 less thing to worry about. No thanks I rather keep my nuts and find a doctor willing to doctor
Best staff and service!!!
My 89 year old Mother, following a pelvic injury, required the care of Dr.Lee and his staff--over the course of two months of treatment, my Mother is able to, once again, relieve herself at will, and with confidence...the attention Dr Lee paid to details, and the prompt, gentle, and caring manner with which his staff handled my Mother, together, made for a reassuring and grateful overall experience
Made an appointment for the 28th, showed up and they told me I didn't have an appointment.
Absolute unprofessional office. I have been trying to get answers for my child for a long time now. They do not answer, nor return calls. I have had to physically walk in and ask for information multiple times. I am still currently waiting for ultrasound results. I have yet to receive a call. This is for a child who has been in pain for months. They do not seem to have any care or compassion for patients. It’s very sad that this is all the high desert has to offer for IEHP patients.
Dr Lee glanced at a 4 month old diagnostic report and said I needed surgery. Before I could question his quick decision ( since this report was old)he just walked out of the exam room. He didn’t do any type of exam, urinalysis, bloodwork etc. I called several times to speak with him and did not get a response. the following week his office called to set up a surgery date. I explained my concerns to the scheduling person. She agreed and ordered X-rays. I had another ultrasound which he said was unclear. And again he just walked out of the exam room. The agency that reviews and approves referrals and surgeries told me that the stones in my kidneys were not big enough to require surgery. They referred me back to my pcp for treatment. So this man was going to cut on me unnecessarily .
Short with the facts. Long with the wait,30 minute wait in the exam room. Fairly rude when asked questions.
Dr. Lee gives each patient the time they need so you have to wsit sometimes. I always find him caring and attentive to my needs!
Dr. Lee is incompetent. He doesn't keep track of your medical care and forgets when he is supposed to give patients Eligard shots for prostate cancer!!! His staff is rude and incompetent, they even gave my dad's Eligard shot to another patient!! If you question them or him, you will get banned from their office for life, like I did. Borders on malpractice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
