On hold for over an hour and 20 minutes for my phone appointment. This is ridiculous and the front office could careless. To bad there isn’t a way to report Doctors for this type of service.

My appointment disappeared. I scheduled my appointment July 10th during business hours, and was given a slot for July 20 at 9:30. I had to be sent away because of miscommunication between their scheduling system and the front desk who picked up my phone day of confirming my appointment.

After years of having male doctors not understand me or even listen to my concerns. I was adamant about finding female staffs. I found Dr.shima Office and met with NP Misha. I’ve never felt so herd and understood about where I’m at mentally and emotionally. I walked out feeling less hopeless. I’m forever grateful for being herd and know that I’m not just a case number.

I don’t know how to feel about this place. They don’t send over prescriptions on time. They seem to don’t know my chart information until they’re speaking to me. And the most annoying is my telehealth appointment was 4 hours late. The nurse didn’t even know anything about my chart and asked the same questions that were on there already. Follow up appointments for your results will also be cancelled the day before and you’ll be waiting a whole month for results they tell you over the phone anyways🙄

I feel 100% confident in the care I am recieving from Nurse Practitioner Justin Atkins. Unlike my last primary doc, Justin is thorough, patient, informative, empathetic and professional. He will take the time to educate me on my situations and he listens very well. I feel very comfortable speaking about my health concerns with him. I highly recommend Justin Atkins for your care!

My experience with Dr Hadidchi 's office is amazing. All providers are dedicated , knowledgeable and pleasant. They will take time to explain everything in details. Office staff are extremely friendly and nice. I highly recommend this office as your primary care physician for the whole family.

Who’s the best dr in the HD? I Absolutely love this dr office. Best pediatric? YESSS!!! By far the best drs here, they will help you with any and everything as far as yourself down to your newborn babies. I was seeing another dr who didn’t care to listen or refer me out to other dr office for answers that I needed for my health. Dr hadichi is office They have helped me with so much and I am so glad I switched over. They listen to you they’re very patient as well as the staff. I’d highly recommend this place.

DrShima Hadidchi and all the staff are the best. I had this doctor for my son for more than 5 years, I’ll definitely recommend this doctor and thank goodness for the staff. They always answer the phone, easy to get appointments, and always helping me with my medicine refills.Thank you so much. Oh today I saw Dr.Erin, she’s really good too 👍
