You better STOP, ASKING for that,"VAXX - PASSPORT, " that's illegal,& UN- CONSTITUTIONAL, & is very BAD for Business.!!!!
My daugther fell down while riding her bicicle and hurt her arm.It dont look like she has a fracture but she says it hurts a lot so we desided to get her checked. We took her to this place.First, we get there and since we havent been for a while, we didnt know what are the "new rules" we walk in and a very rude lady stopped uscat the dood very loudly told us to get out and follow the check in procedure first which consist in filling the forms in the car bring them back waitvtil some one comes out and hand it to them, so we did, we fill out the forms and wited out side almos 30 minutes untill some one finally came ot grabs our forms and without even reading them tells us they aren tanking any patientes right now. Walks back in, so rude
The wait times are ridiculous here. Have been to multiple urgent cares and this is by far the slowest most uncaring one in the high desert. If it wasn’t who my insurance group was through I would’ve walked out an hour ago. Super slow would not recommend.
The doctor's are great, just trying to get to them we have to go through the staff here. I'm lost for words, I've always heard if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it. When you call the staff their in a rush to put you on hold, don't listen to anything. I'm in the medical field and I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I have an HMO and my husband a PPO but I just refuse to stay at an unwelcome place. I don't think they understand if we're not happy their not going to have jobs. Hope you guys get better staff with patience, and understanding.
PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!ITS A DEATH TRAP to say the least!
👹🤬😡👺👿😤🤮 saw my iehp card told me to go to st mary urgent care.. why what the diffrence.. in take patience also ..a hassle to get a hold of
I've been here several times only to be greeted with horrible attendance. This will be my last visit since they had me wait for 3 hours instead they go to the backroom and all you can hear is talking and laughing. And it would be very petty excuse of them to say they couldn't attend me because they had more patients or because my injury required more work since I was going for my toe which was swollen. To be more specific I was concerned my toe was broken because all I could feel from my toe to thigh was pain. And the reason it would be petty of them to say they had more patients would be because they only had one other patient beside me. And they had already left. Now the Doctor did come into the room once, but all he said was "You have gases." Very specific and super helpful right? I wouldn't recommend you going.
I have been coming to Heritage Urgent care for 7 years. I have never had a bad experience. The nurses are so nice and caring. The doctors always listen. On my last visit I had an asthma attack I got my breathing treatment and I was on my way. They dont try and run unnecessary test or try to over bill your insurance. 😊 I would highly recommend Heritage Urgent Care especially if your looking good clean environment.
Wait was long but the service was great. There was a male nurse who had great bed side manners. Very professional and kept me informed.
When there yesterday. By far the best urgent care I have ever been to Very nice and helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
