I made an appointment for my bf because we were referred to this doctors office. My bf has a heart condition, so its important that we see the doctor asap to be referred to a cardiologist. we were given the run around twice. The staff is incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time I set an appointment, we were scheduled at 12;30 on a friday. I made note of it immediately. When we showed up not only was the office doors locked to patients, but when we knocked on the door they left us waiting outside for 10 minutes. Only for the nurse to tell us on her way out to lunch that they are closed at 12:00. When I asked why they would schedule us at this time she just shrugged and told us to come back at 1. Completely unfriendly staff, you think they would take a moment to check our appointment time after we had been waiting 10 mins in the heat? NO. Also the security guard was very unfriendly, he was staring us down and giving us evil looks. Following us around. which was very uncalled for since we were just quietly waiting. this was the most bizarre experience I ever had at a doctors office ever! When I called again at 1 after we left they told us our appointment has been pushed back to 3:35. They said they called us but the number they has us listed under was the completely wrong number. SO, I rescheduled for next saturday at 10:00. And even called back to confirm to be double sure. Only for them to call me today to tell me they need to reschedule for saturday because the doctor won't be in. Come on now! I recommend you go anywhere but to this office if you expect to be treated like a decent human being.

This place is a joke of a psychiatrist I've been going here for 4 years and Everytime was a hassle not once did I have a smooth experience if you are considering doing business here PLEASE! Go somewhere else you Will not regret it trust me
