Learn to communicate with the patient or the "Snow team"... instead of misleading them to wasting gas and time away from work.

Great dental care here. My husband came here first because it was closer to home than our old dental office. I didn't want to leave the old office because we were long time patients there and didn't want to go through the hassle of joining a new place. Our insurance changed so I decided to go with my husband to Viewpoint and I'm so happy I made the switch. Front office ladies are extremely nice and went above and beyond with their customer service. Dentist was great as well super friendly and efficient. Hygienist was also really nice she was talkative and genuinely liked her job. She also had some good music playing which made it such a chill experience. Very happy in our new dentist choice!

I'm handicapped and went in for a checkup. Was assured at the time they could work on my teeth so I set up the appointment for the work to be done. As I am unable to drive, my husband had to take off a day from work. When I went to my appointment, I did receive a cleaning, which went fine. When it was time for the other dental work, the dentist could not reach her foot pedal and told me there would be no way she could work on me without it, although it was a different room from the one she evaluated me in I don't understand why she couldn't have done the work in the same room she evaluated me in Initially. Very disappointed. Her receptionist is also extremely rude. A woman who was barely walking and having to use a cane, arrived to her appointment a few minutes late. The receptionist was extremely rude and told her she was late. The woman tried to explain she had to park across the parking lot and as she was having difficulty walking, the receptionist was rude and told her she almost canceled her appointment and was going to make her come back. It was extremely obvious this woman had a difficult time walking to be treated like that. Apparently they don't realize without their clients they wouldn't have a business.

I’ve always been terrified of the dentist but Viewpoint Dental has such lovely staff, they are always so kind and patient, I feel so much better after coming here. They are always checking in with me to see how I’m doing and very gentle during any procedures. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a dentist office.

Dr Debby is without a doubt the best dentist. I have been coming to Viewpoint since the late 80's and the office staff is the best ever. Front office is always there for me no matter what the problem and we drive for two hours to Viewpoint from where we live because we have tried to change dentists to be closer to home and what a disaster. I am a nervous person in that dental chair and I sure am not with these ladies who try everything to make me comfortable. I am thankful they take Delta DentalUSA insurance because many dentists don't.
