Dr Nava is a great Dr. However I pulled my whole family from his practice because of his staff. So many bad experiences. Lost referrals to see a specialist. Nobody answers the phone. Lack of knowledge from treating PA. Hard to see Dr Nava. I would not recommend this medical care.

Will not reply to pharmacies requesting authorization for refill, even after several weeks. You will have to call the office and and talk them to reply, even then it's 50/50 that you will need to call the office again.

I was very sick on Feb 2 with Covid said they couldn't help me til the 23 of Feb. I ended up in the hospital for two weeks almost died have they ever heard of infusion? When I got out with all the medicine I was taking couldn't see me till after Easter

The wait times are my only issue with Dr. Nava’s practice. I had to wait for an hour for my blood pressure check. Other than that, Dr. Nava is top notch.

Expect to wait 1hour+ to be seen by the PA. If your expectations are with Dr. Nava always ask in advance for to see the Dr. BTW thats a very long wait time. Front desk help can be rude at time. As I waited to be seen i hear them talking about most of patients after they leave. Also if you request anything not normal with paperwork your always wrong by staff. They pull the "l'm always right card." I'll be switching to another Dr. I have been with Nava for 10+ years. Just recently came in for a visit and now way different. Disappoint that staff can ruin a practice that a doctor worked so hard for over his life!

Dr.Nava is excellent the rest of his staff are a bunch of immature little brats, contradicting everything they say and do. They will try to talk over you, and they are super lame, they will hang the phone up on you. They were given a task of calling a prescription in and couldn't do it for months insurance company finally had to at which point they called in an injectable form of nexium which I've never had in my life. To hell with the staff of bratty children and god bless Dr. NAVA

I had an appointment over two months ago & his office has yet to get the proper info to my insurance company so I can get the prescription he wrote.

This office has some problems. One of them being that they don't need to be shutting down at lunch. Someone can go early and someone else can go later. Keep the office open. It's 2018. Businesses don't completely shut down at lunch anymore.
