I was very satisfied. Dr. Le is business like, but friendly enough, in my opinion. He did arthroscopic surgery on my knee about two years ago. He explained everything very well and took time to ask if I had other questions. I think he is a very capable surgeon, which is what I went there for.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Have cancelled on me 3 times already. Twice; a day before my appt and once when I was already on my way(a 45min drive). They always blame the Madera location for double scheduling or the scan tech for calling in to work. So sad they do not care about their patients. HR needs to do better on hiring employees.

The tech was fantastic. Very thorough and friendly. Wish they didn't push the stupid mask mandate, politics don't belong in medicine. Overall a good experience.

Absolute garbage place. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago and less than a week until my appointment they call and leave a message while I'm driving saying that they're rescheduling me out further by a week with no explanation. When I appempt to call back a few minutes later they don't answer and their mailbox was full. They give no time estimate on when someone will answer the call and tell you to just leave a message every few minutes and after 15 min it just goes straight to the full mailbox.

The lady who did the ultrasound on my wife did not tell us what we were looking at. It was my first ultrasound I attended due to the pandemic, so I was excited to be able to see our baby girl. I was expecting her to tell us what we were looking at but didn’t explain nothing. Very disappointing for my first ultrasound experience.
