Blown away by the attentiveness and customer service. Marta was very helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable while preforming my ultrasound. Highly recommend.

Dr. Paul M. Loeffler, MD and Ginger X-ray tech provided great patient care during my xray. I suffer from sciatica pain and laying flat can be difficult, Ginger was kind enough to stretch my leg and positioned me in a comfortable position. Dr. Loeffler showed me my x-rays before I left which gave me peace of mind before my follow up appt with Dr. Sueldo. Location is off the 99 for anyone driving from Fresno. Only suggestion would be the front desk personnel that answers the phone needs to improve on their customer service, they are rude. When asked a question regarding why my insurance wouldn't be billed and I would have to pay out of pocket, her answer was " I don't know, that's what my managers tells me to say." Overall great place minus the front desk.

Ginger was great and very helpful she walked me though the whole process and helped me to understand what was happening

This place is a joke! Went in for a CT scan with contrast. This woman poked me four times when she got down to my hand she started wiggling the needle around and I screamed at her to stop. She went to see if her other coworker could come in and put the IV in she was told That he was busy doing two other studies. I then had to reschedule and make another appointment a week later. The reason I needed to be in there as soon as possible is because I have a hole in my stomach and they scheduled me a for a week later, please do not go here the wait time is unbelievably long And the women at the front desk are not very nice. They don't care about what's going on with you in your world. They're very rude and don't give a crap. Do not go here go to Kaweah Imaging. That's the place to go make an appointment there. You may wait 15 minutes, but it's a hell of a lot faster than California Imaging, it was the most horrible experience I've ever had.

Front desk needs to work on there people skills. It seems like they don't care about there clients. I literally carried my nine year old daughter in to the office to get an x-ray. They never offered there wheelchair. I had to ask to borrow it. They let me borrow it but they acted like they were doing me a favor.

The front office staff was very friendly. The office was clean. The young woman who did my MRI was very gentle. Which i appreciated since im in pain. She also was plesant and informative. I waited a few extra minutes but it was worth the wait, in exchange for the excellent treatment.

This review is being written in hopes David reads and responds to it. Reading some of the reviews I was apprehensive to come here. But, I wanted to try someplace new and quite frankly I do not trust keyboard warriors who can sit behind a screen and type an inaccurate review because they are angry the world does not revolve around them. Roxanne is amazing. She is by far the best ultrasound tech I have ever experienced. She was friendly and kind. She deserves raise or bonus!! If you are a professional you will have no problems with this facility. Please and thank you goes on a long way when your are interacting with anyone. CMI IS EXCELLENT LOOK NO FURTHER!!

Ultrasound tech was nice and I wanted to return for next appt. Receptionists were rude over the phone and in person. Called to ask a question and I was told to call my doctor’s office, which said “Oh yeah, CMI is like that. Not helpful at all” meaning the unprofessional attitude and rudeness of the California Medical Imaging staff has been recognized by medical personnel in other offices as well. Surprised something hasn’t been done about it. Not coming back to this CMI location again.

Roxanne was my tech and she was amazing! Very professional and sweet, and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Roxanne!
