So disappointed they have me jumping through hoops to get my daughters dental work cleared by other drs and specialists I’ve gotten everything they have asked for and been waiting like 3 months to get scheduled or even a call back for sedation. I would like to add a month of waiting was due to them not filling out their part correctly so the system was flagging my daughter’s information as incomplete. And when I went in and questioned them the receptionist tried arguing with me about not turning in paper work that I handed to her directly, I went back and told her the exact date I gave her the paperwork and all of a sudden she found it in the system along with the other error on their end.

Both of my girls are so scared of the dentist and while the hygienist and staff are friendly and kind, the dentist is very cold towards them. I'll be looking for a new dentist now.

Cecilia is very welcoming and sweet she treated my daughter and me so well I appreciate her taking care of my daughter and making her feel comfortable I wish Cecilia was my dentist she’s one of a kind 💜

In the office was good but trying to get a Dr note sent to my email is horrible. They say they will send it right over and they don’t. Two days and I still have not received my daughters note for school.
