Very simple Doctor Watrous and his team are the best around here. My provider is Pamela Scott. I wouldn't change them for anything. They are truly caring individuals who work with the patients simply because they do care. It is also something that shows by the way they treat and communicate with all patients.

I HAD MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR WATROUS YESTERDAY! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW HE TOOK THE TIME TO THOROUGHLY INFORM ME WHAT HE SEES WRONG WITH MY HANDS, THINGS I CAN DO AND WHAT TO EXPECT! HAS A RESULT OF THE CONDITION OF MY HANDS! BASED ON X-RAYS AND PHYSICALLY EXAMINING MY HANDS! IN ADDITION TO THAT, HE ORDERED LOTS OF LAB WORK TO DISCOVER OR RULE OUT ANY TYPE OF DISEASE I MAY HAVE IN MY HANDS!! HE DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE JUST HIS NEXT PATIENT! BUT APPEARED TO GENUINELY CARE AND WANT TO HELP! TOOK HIS TIME TO HEAR WHAT MY CONCERNS WHERE WHILE BEING INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, SOCIALBLE AND FRIENDLY! THANK YOU DOCTOR WATROUS! BLESSINGS

Great doctor and staff patient over 12 years

Best doctors and Nurses. BUT the front staff are something else! I had an appt to fill out paper works, they didn't give me anything after my appt nor called me to say oh hey your doctor signed your paper works the same day you had an appt. NO! They scheduled me for another visit for the same paper works to be finished. Guess what when I came in? Doctor was like "we already did the paper works a month ago" I have signed and finished them all the same day you had an appt with me." WOW!!! Front staff doesn't really communicate with their nurses and doctors! YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME TO ASK ABOUT YOUR PAPER WORKS! Or else they would tell you just call tomorrow call tomorrow or worst they will tell you hey you have to make an appt again. Horrible staff!

This Dr. was not helpful at all. Wasted my time I needed assistance not counseling. My primary Dr. referred me a second time but will not wish to see him. He pulled out his laptop and printed information on arthritis wow I could’ve done that at home.

Dr. Watrous has been my provider for health care for my osteoporosis nearly 15 years. I trust his judgment to keep me functioning without disability and having the ability to lead an independent lifestyle with excellent quality of life.

I don't know what I would do with out Pam at Dr. Watrous' office. She Has been there through all my fibromyalgia ups and downs since 2015. She is fantastic!! My life would not have had the quality it has without her expertise!! Thank you Pam and your wonderful staff!!

Dr. Watrous was a waste of time!! He didn’t even read my chart upon seeing me, had no helpful information or anything for me. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and all he said was to slow down, then that he’s not pain management, i never asked for medication nor did i ask for anything referring to disability . I must work and i was referred to him because he’s a “Specialist “ no he’s a lazy Dr. and came off as a ignorant Dr. please refund my co-pay back..waste of time! So sad and still no answers. Chronic pain, fibromyalgia and Hashimoto thyroiditis.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. waiting time wasn't long. Dr. Watrous was very informative and answered all questions and concerns. He was very patient and understanding and gave all possible reason for my symptoms without scaring me. Very respectful and had a warm personality, Great bedside manner.
