I honestly cannot rave about this practice and the people working here enough. I could not ask for a better pediatric care for my little. They are so nice and they show they really care for their patients!

We have gone to a few different offices trying to find the right fit for our family. Not only do the pediatricians at Milestone truly listen to you as parents, and take amazing care of the kids… the nurses and staff are downright amazing and just so sweet. I had lost hope for good pediatric healthcare in the valley until finding Milestone. Thank you for all you do for our family!

We love everything about Milestone Pediatrics! First, you have the best doctor (Dr. Randolph) and NP ( Jennifer) taking care of your kids and second , their amazing staff, from the front office (Maria ) and the medical assistants ( Nikki, Stephanie and the other new faces that have started after we moved over). We’ve followed Jennifer Pacheco, NP and Dr. Randolph and Nikki to Milestone because we truly trust their advice and care. They take care of our kids and family. And makes sure everyone is good. I make the 40 minute drive over there with no doubt bout the distance because I know my kids are in good hands. The office is also very accommodating as well. Maria is so kind and its always nice walking into the office and first thing is being greeted with a smile and happy face! The office is so colorful and bright and the rooms are roomy and you don’t feel squished for care. Nikki the MA has been working with my second born since t she was at her first baby visit (6 years ago) and my oldest at 2yo at Pine st. And the girls have grown to love her and feel so safe and comfortable around her, like an auntie. They know when shots are coming and they tough it out because the way Nikki approaches things. She’s so friendly and caring! She’s a mom so she knows! The other great perks are the sick bay area and online portal. The sick bay is where you can park under the designated shaded spot and they come to you and your sick child in the car and determine their needs and if it’s safe for them to come into the office. That makes it nice because you aren’t mixing healthy babies and sick babies in the waiting area. The other is an online portal where you can get your kids info, pay bills and message the providers with any questions or concerns and that has been helpful for me before making a drive out. Trust me , my kids have been getting all kinds of different things happening and this has been a such a blessing. They get back to you and t they follow up. It’s truly hard to find offices where both staff and providers are great . So seriously you can’t go wrong coming here even if it’s the distance that worries you. Also, Dr Randolph is the head doctor for Peds at Kaweah so she knows her stuff! We love them all!

Milestone has the best staff ever! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming! My kids really love Nikki she always makes them feel so comfortable whenever we go in! She’s very attentive and makes my kids feel like whatever they have to do at their appointment is going to be super easy and will be quick which I really appreciate! Followed her and everyone else from pine street and haven’t looked back since! Hands down best drs office we’ve ever been too!

Milestone pediatrics is such an amazing place! They truly treat your kids like they are they’re own children. The whole staff is amazing kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Especially Nikki! She is the best MA! She laughs with the kids, cares about them and makes them feel so comfortable in every setting. I cannot recommend this place enough! They make what is most of the time a stressful situation ( no one likes going to the doctor) an easy and relaxing experience.

We absolutely LOVE milestone pediatrics!! The staff is absolutely amazing, Nikki is by far the best. She moved over from pine street peds. And We were so excited she moved over as well. She is so caring and sweet with my baby girls and has become a great friend of mine as well.! We might not always love having to go to the dr but we sure love seeing our favorite Nikki 🏼

Nikki was impatient when doing my son's physical. He was clearly upset during the process and instead of being compassionate, she makes a comment of "Its not even that serious" over and over. Short demeanor, and lack of compassion.

The best pediatric clinic for children. Dr. Pacheco is so great with my daugther! They have such friendly staff. They always make us feel welcomed and you can see how caring they are with my daugther. They also have an after hour messaging in their portal you can send questions and they make sure they always reply. Being a first time mom, i truly appreciate this service. Keep in mind it is after hours and they may not respond right away, but the fact that they do respond within after hours is great for me and gives me such peace of mind. They are great with scheduling in a quick urgent visit if needed. I look forward to having my daugther be seen and grow up visiting this clinic when needed.

The staff at Milestone pediatrics is the absolute best with children. When you walk in, you are greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and a positive attitude every time. The nursing staff is so friendly. My kiddo loves the staff and the way they interact with him. The providers there are amazing. It’s really hard to find a clinic that treats your child as if they were their own. Very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating if you need to be seen in a timely manner. Their portal system is amazing if you have a quick question, or need to know if you need to be seen by a provider. Milestone pediatrics is the only pediatrics office that I recommend in the valley.

All of the staff at Milestone Pediatrics truly care about children, and it is clearly evident through the compassionate way that they interact and treat my daughter at their office! All of my questions get answered when I take her for her visits, and I really appreciate the way that they offer a patient portal so I can ask questions when I am at home. As a first time mom that is extremely helpful and important to me because something new ALWAYS seems to come up, and I get my answers fast! I am truly happy that this is my daughter's pediatrician. Keep up the great work Milestone Pediatrics!!
