I was dxd with breast cancer and Dr Potts did the surgery to remove it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate as I went thru this process. My surgery results are excellent. He made a very difficult time okay by being a guiding hand, if felt cared for and respected.

I’m thankful for Dr. Potts, he performed a cyst removal on my neck, and also performed a partial thyroidectomy. I highly recommend him, he is so attentive, professional, and above all genuinely cares for his patients. Yes, waiting time varies, but is because he takes time with each of his patients. I preferred that then a quick careless rush. He is informative, and explains himself very clearly depending on patients understanding. His staff is amazing, and his medical assistant is truly amazing. As well, my mom was diagnosed with Breast cancer this year, but what gave us peace was that Dr. Potts was her surgeon. I was not able to be with her during her appointments and recent surgery, but couldn’t be more thankful for him being there for her. Thank you Dr. Potts, you are truly a gifted Surgeon. Your experience and knowledge shows every time.

The whole staff especially the doctor a wonderful wonderful caring people they treat you with respect and empathy and they are so gracious and very knowledgeable I would recommend them team of the women are super wonderful and very sweet and kind hearted and it really take care we need to be taken care of

Dr. Potts was kind and professional with my consolation appointment, explained everything to me took his time and was very personable eased my anxiety and made me feel like I'm in great hands. Leading up to my appointment his staff was amazing and supper friendly. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Potts over all just a great experience

This doctor killed my aunt. She had typical breast cancer, treatable and not advanced. At one of her appointments she suggested removing the entire breast and he said no he didn't want to do anything drastic unless they found out it was in both breasts. When they found out it was in both breasts he literally said there's nothing more he could do and he "was washing his hands of the situation". It ...

Most horrible experience ever!!!! I I was just making an appointment. The employee Amy basically told me that because of me they had to move another patient who was diagnosed with cancer just to put in. She also let me know how the whole office heard of my situation and that the Doctor was upset!! Who tells patients this??? I ended up canceling my appointment since it was very clear they did not have my best interest at heart and who wants to get treated by a doctor who is upset with them???
