Staff is deplorable, The term appointment means absolutely nothing to this facility. As a matter of fact when I asked why I had a wait time of one hour the staff member said “the doctor likes to see new patients last.” I highly doubt the doctor has any interaction with his staff members because if he allows this circus like staff to parade around on their cell phones, NOT greet the incoming patients then he doesn’t belong serving the community. I can’t believe how awful this experience was. I felt I had to walk out. I wonder if they get paid for my leaving. Further more the staff ( I’m referring to 3 members) have no idea how to greet a new patient or any reoccurring patient for that matter. The class for etiquette must not have been mandatory considering the mannerisms of the staff members. All of this could easily be fixed if the staff had proper schooling and learned the words “decorum” And “appointment” until that day be ready for a very long wait with terrible service. I think these “doctors” are hiding behind their successful predecessors never creating their own repor.

Every time I have an appointment with Dr Thomas, I have to wait 2 hours just to be taken back to the exam room. I spoke with the staff and was advised that, although his earliest appointment is at noon, he doesn't even arrive until 1pm or later.

Dr. Thomas took care of my mother for over ten years. He was loving and caring and we could not of had better care for her.

As a former patient of Dr. Thomas. I Want to let anyone, who is looking for a Nephrologist know. Dr Mohsen Thomas Is the best. He actually took his time and explained to me everything I needed to know about my kidney disease and the treatments available. Always caring about his patients,and never in a hurry to get you out the door. Because of my insurance I was forced to leave Dr. Thomas. If you are looking for the best Nephrologist in Visalia.... Dr. Mohsen Thomas is your man. Hands down.
