I highly recommend Park Visalia. I have been working in this industry for nine years, and I can honestly say that the staff and atmosphere at Park Visalia is unlike any that I have experienced before! Everything from the warm welcome at the front desk to seeing the joyful atmosphere that the facility exudes! Observing their staff it is clear that working with their residents is more than just a job but a purpose!

I have had the pleasure to work with this facility on a weekly basis. Laureano the memory care director and Karla the assisted living director have high morals and treat their staff and residents like family. In my experience they go above and beyond to ensure their residents get the best care possible. In addition, the med techs and caregivers have been working there for years. The residents love them and I always see a smile on every single face when I walk in. The culture built at this facility is truly amazing and I see commitment from the top to the bottom. From the maintenance director to the front desk staff, everyone is absolutely amazing. I would recommend any of my loved ones and friends to this faculty to get the best senior living experience possible. Second to none!

Park Visalia has the most amazing staff who really advocate for their residents and deeply care for each one of them. From the Assisted Living to the Memory Care side, you will truly get amazing care. It's a VERY clean facility, chef is also amazing. I recommend this facility for your loved one!

I must say I am very impressed with the quality of care and compassion Park Visalia has especially Memory Care. Everyone looks so happy to be there when I visit my family member. It’s clean, smells good the staff are friendly and attentive. Food is good and Lo the Memory Care Director is out and hands on with the residents which is nice. Big change in management definitely would recommend!

Park visalia is a very neat facility. The staff are genuine and know residents by name and attend to every need. The Director of Memory Care, Lo, is extremely kind and attentive to the residents. If your loved one is in search for an assisted living and memory care facility, this is the place to go!

While i was walking to my school, a old woman approached me while my mom was with me, she asked me for help, saying they are keeping her there and wont let her leave. A staff member came out and apologized for the interupption and brought her back inside. I don't know if shes still there, I've moved schools. Unless i can see the elders that are in currently and before and see if i can recognize her, i dont trust this place. Additional note: this was like 1-3 years ago
